Just wrapped up Offline Mode 2 with @jrdnmix and the @ideabrowser team :)
We gathered 20+ founders in Nashville, Tennessee to talk about building cash-flowing businesses in the age of AI
It’s truly amazing how much progress a founder can make on themselves and their business in just 2 days
That is the magic of IRL
And big shoutout to @coreyganim & @amirmxt for adding so much value to the room
Never been more bullish on events😎
your moat is effort and care in what you build and how you treat customers
this week alone iv seen 3 clones of datafast, plausible, humblytics, etc
its easy to build any app now, but try getting a mid market client to see what it takes to process 50M+ data points from a single customer in a month
its 3 years in since we’ve been building humblytics, were a team of 4 working with the best customers
we have an extremely high LTV, low churn, and 50+ slack channels with some of our biggest customers
I barely post about humblytics anymore since I’m thriving, comfortable, unbothered in my own lane
onwards

introducing notara, your new company os
- create, share and update team wide skills
- shared context layers and company brain
- share company wide tools with one click
- one click automations with built in skills + tools
- access via mcp and slackbots
get started for free
these bot automations by @Notarahq has saved us thousands in churn and made us thousands in upsells
heres how it works:
- it preloads a shared skill library the team has created
- connects to the tools we currently used
- has a prompt automation in place to run
Automation 1 - checks against intercom and tags every team member assigned to the ticket based on urgency, replies, and contexf
helps us stay on top of our open tickets and make sure we don’t miss any
Automation 2 - runs a check our funnel performance and lets us know how trial conversions are doing with lead data enrichment
Automation 3 - checks our user plan limits and pings us if anyone is nearing their plan limit and fires a follow up email to upsell a plan upgrade
i believe it, ai adoption still has a long way to go
been hosting weekly ai coaching sessions for gf and got her to upgrade her chatgpt subscriotion
spent an hour teaching her:
- chatgpt vs claude vs manus
- what are skills, projects, mcp/tools, custom instructions, context etc
- explain codex vs chatgpt (personal vs work) -
@thsottiaux please fix this!
she's an event planner and was shocked to see how you can use project level folders for each client
then use gmail connectors to pull context and email history into the chat and put together a context tree for each client
when we did it for one client, she was amazed that it even caught a seating discrepancy between what was in the itenar and in the emails
anyways tldr - we're early, so much opportunity to teach, and this is exactly why im working on
@ainativeops
98% of US households aren't paying for AI yet
