Koffi Olomide graduated in the 70s and realized he was not making as much money in offices,He embarked seriously on his music career and teamed up with Papa Wemba who introduced him to a lady by the name Marie Makosso.
To firm up his association to Papa Wemba who then had a lot of influence for lots of new musicians in Paris,Koffi married Marie Makosso with whom they had two kids namely Aristotle and Epiphanie Minou (aka Miss Universe)
Madame Marie Makosso went through the mud in this marriage,Koffi carried on blatant affairs with multiple women most specifically his dancers also known as Ba Koffiettes( Ba Kofiet) and had several kids with them outside wedlock.
Of note is Fifi who is on facebook as Yolo Mama ministre, you must remember her from the album Tchatcho all the way to Ultimatum, the light skinned tall girl well endowed. Actually it's said Koffi carried on affairs with all famous four of that album and even V12 including Rosette Kamono and YouYou.
During Marie Makosso's reign, Koffi had about 11 children out of wedlock spread between Belgium,Paris,Senegal and DRC.
But she stayed on,as far as she was concerned, she was the wife of a budding super star and she held the wife title while everyone else was the side chic.
Koffi broke from Papa wemba and went solo and did well giving him inroads in the industry.
Koffi now needed a well educated,Pedigree wife from a deep state family as his music was good but not really impacting as fast as he wanted.
Enters Aliane Olomide, a half French half Congolese beauty.
Aliane came from an influential family and refused to be a side chic, with her came her family’s money and ties to the high Parisian society which Koffi needed to belong, she was bringing money to the table and demanded the ring.
Koffi divorced Marie very Quickly and married Aliane.
Aliane was then famed as the the only African client Versace recognized, She spent millions in that store,to this date she is called Aliane Versace her other names are Ali Debs(Deborah is her middle name) she is also a perfume coinnaseur and wears J’adore mostly so she is also called Alidor.
In Versace fashion shows,Aliane gets the front row seats.
Koffi has sang so many songs for Aliane from the album affaire d'etat..when you hear 'Lettre A' the A means Aliane in monde Arabe.
Her other praise names include Pomme Verte,Grand Petre Mere,12eme Dan,La Patronne or Alidor.
The cover photo for 'Attentat' is Aliane's hand. That's the extent Koffi went to tap into Aliane's influence.
Aliane had three kids for Koffi top being the French Model Didi Stone Olomide, Mourniho(Koffi is a Chelsea fan) and St.James.
When Koffi married Aliane,he abandoned his first family who have had to put up with public schooling in France while Ali’s kids don the best of schools around the world.
But just like Marie, Aliane has had to fight off constant affairs between Koffi and his dancers and there was one particular incident in Nairobi where Koffi booked a different room from the presidential to entertain a Kenyan lady.
Aliane got wind and the fight at the Safari Park Hotel is still legendary to date.
All these have been casual affairs until Mwana Ina shows up.
Mwana Ina is Cindy le coeur.
Cindy joined Qaurtier Latin as a songstress when Koffi was adopting a female voice in his band to shake things up and also gain new fans for her voice.
As with all female employees of QL,Koffi starts a casual affair with Cindy who is now subjected to fights once again with Ba Koffiettes.
The flying kick at JKIA had to do with a dancer who was carrying on an affair with Koffi. This dancer and Cindy fought airborne in the plane and when they landed the girl continued insulting Cindy and Koffi kicked her to shut her up as Cindy watched.
Cindy who is a very patient side chic, has also been working on her craft, building a fan base to the point she is now a force in QL,She chooses who dances for the band and all bow down to her ensuring Koffi can carry on affairs outside and not within QL.
This also explains the dilapidated state of Koffi’s dancers of late.
Koffi now cheated with a dancer from Wezekwa’s band and Cindy threatened to leave the band.. Koffi promoted her, then this did not go well with Aliane who separated from Koffi during the Pandemic..and came the song Alidor.
And at the end of last year there were rumours of Cindy being pregnant. Aliane divorced Koffi
Enters Cindy."

Carol Maxted is a British citizen whose family had financial means. Her mother, Emmy Watkin, provided her with substantial financial gifts to invest in real estate.
Alex Ngombo Kithi is a Kenyan man who worked as a local hotel chef at the Diani Sea Lodge Hotel in Kwale County.
In 2006, Carol Maxted traveled to the Kenyan coast for a holiday, and stayed at the Diani Sea Lodge Hotel. During the visit, she met Carol Andria Maxted, a British citizen, met Alex Ngombo at the Diani Sea Lodge Hotel where Kithi was employed as a local hotel chef. The two then entered into a romantic relationship and cohabited for over three years.
Seeking to secure a permanent family presence and a retirement/holiday footprint on the Kenyan coast, Carol decided to purchase a property in Diani.
Because the Kenyan Constitution restricts foreigners from holding freehold land directly(only allows lease hold, which must be renewed after 99 years), Kithi convinced Carol that she must put his name on the title deed document.
Relying on their relationship, Carol bought a prime piece of land (Kwale/Diani Beach Block/1497), for Ksh.50,000. The property was registered jointly under the names of Alex Ngombo Kithi and Carol's son, Daniel Thomas Ford, who was over 18 years of age then.
Over the years, Carol Maxted, her mother Emmy, and her son Daniel pooled their resources to heavily develop the plot. The family built a large family home, swimming pools, and a series of guest cottages known commercially as Frangipani Cottages.
In late 2016, the romantic relationship between Kithi, and Carol fell apart. Once the romance ended, Ngombo attempted a complete hostile takeover of the multi-million shilling asset.
In 2017, Kithi moved to the Environment and Land Court (ELC) filing an urgent application (Notice of Motion dated March 6, 2017).
In the lawsuit, ELC Case 69 of 2017 / later 112 of 2021, Kithi claimed because his name was explicitly printed on the title deed as a joint owner, he legally owned half the land/property.
To support his claim, he produced the title deed, and a local business registration permits for "Frangipani Cottages" that had his own name, and claimed he was the absolute owner of the accommodation business.
Using a local security guard named "Hero" Kithi physically locked Carol out, barred her from accessing the residential home, and attempted to legally evict her and her family from the properties they had funded. He claimed she had no right to restrain him from the land.
During cross-examination and trial, the court forced Kithi to produce proof of capital, but failed to show any financial contribution toward purchasing the land or constructing the luxury cottages.
Because land matters are highly sensitive, the court refused to grant Carol a simple automatic default judgment when Kithi failed to file a comprehensive defense.
Instead, the court forced a rigorous process of Formal Proof, and forced Carol too to prove ownership of the land.
According to court records, Carol testified on oath and presented ironclad physical evidence. She presented financial paper trails tracing the initial KSh 50,000 purchase price back to her mother, Emmy Watkin, and comprehensive construction invoices showing she funded 100% of the house and swimming pool.
Justice A.E. Dena and ruled that the mere presence of a name on a title deed does not equal equitable ownership if the person paid nothing.
The court declared that Kithi was a trustee, not an owner.
Because Carol's family paid for everything, equity presumed Kithi was only holding that name on the paper in trust for them.
The final blow to the fraud occurred when the court officially ruled in favor of Carol’s family. The judge ordered the Land Registrar of the Kwale Registry to completely rectify the land register under the Land Registration Act.

Kisumu Central detectives have intercepted a black Toyota Prado and arrested two suspects believed to be behind a series of robberies in Kisumu town and its environs, following a high-speed chase.
The pursuit followed a robbery report by a woman who told police that she and her friends had been robbed of five mobile phones by individuals travelling in a black Toyota Prado.
Armed with actionable intelligence, detectives swung into action, trailing down the vehicle believed to be connected to the robbery.
Their search led them to the black Prado, registration number KDX 642Y. But when detectives moved in to intercept it, the driver had other ideas.
Defying police orders to stop, he floored the accelerator, setting the stage for a high-stakes pursuit through the town.
Hot on the vehicle’s trail, the detectives pressed on, determined to bring the fleeing occupants to a halt.
When the driver continued to defy their orders, officers fired at the vehicle’s tyres, puncturing them near Oile Park.
With its tyres deflated, the Prado veered out of control before crashing into an electric pole with a deafening bang! The impact damaged the vehicle’s front-right side, bringing the attempted getaway to an end.
Two suspects, William Onyango Odhiambo and Felix Owino Onyango, were arrested as they attempted to flee from the wrecked vehicle.
A subsequent search of the vehicle yielded a black pistol and three mobile phones, all detained as exhibits as detectives intensified investigations into the suspects’ involvement in a string of cross-border robberies.
The two suspects remain in custody undergoing processing pending arraignment.
The DCI remains steadfast in pursuing criminal elements and dismantling networks that threaten the safety and security of Kenyans.

Tragically, on February 13, 2023, Joy Aoko succumbed to her injuries and passed away while receiving treatment at the Kenyatta National Hospital in Nairobi.
In mid-2023, the Albanian prosecution sent a formal letter of request (letërporosi) to Interpol Kenya. Rather than arresting the suspects remaining in Albania, they requested that Kenyan detectives cross-examine Joy’s grieving family members (her mother, brother, and sister) and obtain the official Kenyan autopsy report.
This action provoked massive outrage among Kenyan diaspora advocates and Albanian civil rights groups, who viewed it as a deeply cynical attempt to shift the legal burden onto Kenya after local authorities had spent months compromising the case.
To this day, the case remains officially "under open investigation," yet no perpetrator has ever been arrested, charged, or brought to trial in Tirana for the murder of Joy Aoko.
