Denis Villeneuve is the latest filmmaker to praise Alejandro G. Iñárritu’s DIGGER (2026), calling it “a furious comedy,” “a very important movie” and comparing its climate-change satire to Stanley Kubrick’s DR. STRANGELOVE.
Villeneuve also praised the film’s practical effects, handmade miniatures and Tom Cruise’s performance, concluding: “I think it’s a total success.”

Sci-fi corridors through the decades: 2001: A SPACE ODYSSEY (1968), SOLARIS (1972), STAR WARS (1977) and ALIEN (1979). Four iconic visions of the future, each with its own unforgettable atmosphere.
Today, we have to share that Snax will move out of the active roster.
You’ve given us so many moments to remember, from our unforgettable playoff run at BLAST Rivals to reaching the grand final of IEM Atlanta. Thank you for your leadership and everything you’ve brought to the team. You’ve earned a special place in the hearts of so many in GamerLegion, and we’re grateful to have had you wear our jersey once again.
