A Roblox game went from 0 to 43M visits in 3 weeks, almost all from TikTok.
No ads. Every player ends up with something worth showing off 🧵
The same loop works for any product. What does each user walk away with that they'd post? A meal plan, a workout split, an AI photo.
I'm building Age of Mist (ageofmist.com), a strategy game played by AI agents, and this made me rethink what a player gets to share after a match.
Breakdown by @nolantoken: teapaw.org/nolantoken/status/2112…
holy f*ck this roblox game is a masterclass in marketing
-> 0 to 43.3M visits in 3 weeks
-> 166K favorites
-> rated 16+, so a huge chunk of roblox can't even play it
it's makeup mania, a game where you do makeup on a blank face, show it off and get judged
and almost all of the growth came from tiktok
how they pushed it:
-> a network of creators and theme pages went live right at launch and posted the game every single day
-> each page ran its own mix, finished looks, before/afters, tutorials, plain gameplay
-> some of them had under 1K followers and still pulled 300K+ views a video
-> every face comes out different, so the pages never ran out of new posts
-> players kept seeing the game everywhere, made their own looks and posted them too
the same loop works for an app if every user ends up with something worth showing off, a meal plan, a workout split, an ai photo

11K Users, $0 on Ads: My Complete Organic Growth Playbook
Here's exactly how I get organic traffic to my products. My raw tips:
1. Content Is King
- AI LLMs love content that answers user queries directly.
- Create content pages for topics that match user query intent.
- Add a short summary at the beginning of each page. LLMs don't always read through the entire content.
- Add internal links to relevant pages.
- Create these pages in multiple languages. Remember, there's a huge audience that doesn't speak English.
2. Focus on Listicles
- Create listicle content. LLMs love this format, and it gives you a higher chance of getting cited.
- Start with titles like "Top X Websites for Y" or "Best XYZ for ABC in 2026."
- Use AI to research more listicle topic ideas.
- Don't spam listicles. Keep them relevant to your product.
3. Content Structure
- Use consistent canonical URLs on your content pages.
- Add JSON-LD schema to your pages.
- Make sure your content pages are easy to crawl.
- Add Markdown versions of your content pages, e.g. /blog/abc and /blog/abc.md.
- Serve HTML or Markdown based on what's requested.
- Keep the Markdown version identical to the HTML, and point its canonical back to the HTML page so they aren't treated as duplicates.
- Add the created date, last modified date, and author name to every page.
4. Focus on pSEO
- Create around 500–700 programmatic SEO pages in your product's niche.
- Keep them relevant. Don't spam thousands of pages at once.
- Publish them gradually, and make sure each page has genuinely useful, unique content.
5. Do an SEO Audit
- Audit your website's SEO.
- Use tools like squirrelscan. It tells you everything you need to improve your site's SEO and discoverability.
- Add the squirrelscan skill to Claude and let Claude run the audit and fix the issues for you.
6. Submit Your Sitemap Everywhere
- Don't just submit your sitemap to Google Search Console. Submit it to Bing Webmaster Tools as well.
- Submit your sitemap to IndexNow.
- Submit your website URL to Brave Search.
7. Track Your AI Search Performance
- Use Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools to track your AI search performance.
- Check which queries you're getting cited for, and improve those pages so AI recommends them more.
- Look for opportunities to create new pages.
8. For iOS Apps
- Do keyword research. I personally love Astro.
- Find keywords that are popular but low in difficulty. Avoid the most popular ones, since they're much harder to rank for.
- Start with low-to-mid-tier keywords and try to rank for those first.
- Once you've updated your app title, subtitle, and keywords, don't touch the listing for 2–3 weeks. Let Apple do its thing.
- Then check the results and look for new opportunities to improve.
9. OpenAI and Claude Extensions
- OpenAI and Claude now support plugins and connectors. Build a connector for your product and submit it.
- You have nothing to lose, and it might drive traffic to your product.
- This is what I'm working on for my own products right now.
10. Reddit, Please
- Reddit is a goldmine if you know how it works.
- Start with subreddits that aren't too strict about promotional content.
- Don't post direct promotions. Post tips and tricks, how-to guides, etc.
- People on Reddit hate promotion.
- Start with comments. Post useful replies to users' questions on any post.
- Don't post the same thing in too many subreddits at once. Customize each post for its subreddit.
11. Get Listed on Directories
- Getting listed on multiple directories is probably the easiest way to improve your Domain Rating (DR).
- But don't focus too much on DR alone. It's a nice-to-have metric that might help.
- Being listed on multiple directories can also bring you traffic directly.
- When you spot a relevant website with a lot of traffic, look for sponsored posts or listings. They might bring you a lot of traffic.
I share my learnings and thoughts on growing products from time to time. These things worked for me and might help you too. Growing traffic takes time, so be patient and don't rush. I grew my SaaS to 11K users worldwide, completely organically, and you can do it too.

for the LOVE OF GOD
> start a supplement brand
> let ryze do your ad testing for you
> make every ad with ai
> post 40 a week
> collect $50k days
> leave ohio
> never see a winter again
ryze does $300M a year selling mushroom coffee off facebook ads
here's how you rob that playbook:
RYZE
they run thousands of ads on meta and every single one is a test they paid for
let them burn the money
open the meta ad library, search ryze, sort by longest running
anything live 30+ days is printing, because brands switch losers off in week one
transcribe the top 20 and paste them into claude
ask which promise shows up in 5 or more, that's the angle the market already bought
then sell your own version for a different buyer. sleep, gut, women over 50
SCRIPT
claude rewrites each one for your product, under 85 words, product on screen before halfway
open on the most embarrassing version of the problem
read it out loud and bin anything you wouldn't say to a mate
ADS
paste the script into infinite ugc and pick a face that looks like your buyer
you cannot use a 22 year old to sell joint support
match the room to the problem:
> energy = kitchen at 6am
> sleep = bedroom, lights off
> bloating = bathroom mirror
> joints = halfway up the stairs
> anything private = the car
if the script says "i needed 3 coffees to survive school pickup"
put her in the car at the school gates
DATA
$20 a day behind every ad
anything that hasn't doubled by $150 gets killed
CTR dropping 5 days straight means the face is tired, swap it and keep the script
MONEY
at $50 an order:
> 50 orders a day = $75k/mo
> 200 orders a day = $300k/mo
> 1,000 orders a day = $1.5M/mo
> 4,000 orders a day = $6M/mo
the last line is my brand, i'm 18 and i don't have a team
if you read all of this and still go to work tomorrow that's on you
comment "SCALE" and i'll send you how i make 40 ads a week without a single creator (must be following)
Método original do @jammer3k: teapaw.org/jammer3k/status/211215…
we scaled an app to $252K MRR with AI slideshows
here’s how to make them:
pinterest + google images → find 5-7 aesthetic photos that fit the topic
nano banana pro → upload each one and change it up:
- camera angle
- lighting and time of day
- positioning of objects and people
- color of objects and outfits
- background and setting
change at least 3-4 things per image so every slide looks brand new
gpt image 2 → for slides that need text inside the image
flux kontext → when nano banana keeps changing things you wanted to keep
DeleteSynthID → to get rid of logo and synth ID watermark
real app screenshots or shareable app content → drop it into one slide so people see the actual product
canva bulk create + google sheet → one 6-slide template, one row per post, and 30 slideshows in minutes
postquick → auto-schedule posts across every account
this method makes such good slide shows that you can't even tell they're AI
here’s how we scale it
we test slideshow formats for apps across 30 accounts
once a format wins, we deploy it to thousands of creators to do the same
that’s how we scale apps to 6 figure MRR in 3 months
if you want us to help you scale your app, comment APP
we have 500k creators doing this across tens of apps
