I got out of operations and doubled my company's revenue in the last 4 months. Being out of operations means letting go of control, trusting your team, and letting them make mistakes and learn, even if it can come at the cost of losing a client. Paradoxically, when I let go of control a couple of months ago, client results improved. The team took more responsibility and ownership for their own work. CRUSHED MY MENTAL BELIEFS OF WHAT IT MEANS TO RUN A COMPANY. And I got half of my time back, which I used to pour into marketing and other high-leverage activities.

I'll always share what works for us. Ideally, you want to be ethical about which products you choose to show urgency. Use it for the best sellers. This test crushed for us.

Another winning test with Frontrow. We showed "Clinician's Choice" in the above-the-fold area. Crushed. This is not a sponsored post or some shit like that. We are testing it for almost every wellness brand we work with, it's pretty good.

Trustpilot always outperforms classic star reviews, or testimonials. It's a recognized and trusted 3rd party review platform. If you don't have a good product or CS, ur pretty fucked there. But if you have a good reputation there, make sure you shove in people's faces everywhere on the site!!!

We haven't changed anything to this offer. We only reframed the bundles to be more outcome-based. This can help users to pick whatever offer suits their situation and even push the CVR x AOV a lot higher.

If your brand has a mission, show it as much as you can!! It's a massive differentiation point from any other brand out there. Easy win.

US VS THEM is a classic form of differentiating and building ton of trust. super useful in the lander, homepage and PDP.

if you have low returning customers, a VIP or loyalty program is what you might need. but it must be valuable so that it makes sense for the customers to go for it. and this might not work if you have 1-3 products on the store. stop doing black/gray hat shit. it just ruins the store and it's more harmful long-term we even test excluding the black hat elements from some stores, and CVR explodes. stay ethical.

PRICE FRAMING IS SO POWERFUL!! if you don't have such a flexible offer, you can always frame things to make the deal a no brainer. and you can be as creative as you want. price framing offer framing free gifting framing without changing much about your offer. And you can play with it in the lander, PDP and cart.

another checkout winning A/B test. for this high ticket store, we added this accessory as a cross-sell. Worked amazingly well because this was exactly what the audience needed. you never know what works for you until you test a fk ton of tests.

perfect example of trust-building on the PDP. For this specific type of customer, showing the brand name for each product heavily builds trust. They feel safer that this store is legit, so they buy more. Lesson in here: Identify what builds the most amount of trust for your own customer: for skincare it might be a dermatologist. for a pet brand it might be a vet doctor for a supplement it might be 3rd party tests If you obsess about building more and more trust, you will guaranteed make a fk ton more money.

Try to simplify your copy everywhere you can on the PDP. If you know your audience is not old, I'd rather prefer you to have less copy, and higher in the fold. It works phenomenally well!
