Good things are happening. In the midst of the absolute mess, there’s good things happening. Sometimes your eyes can be seeing but not truly perceive what’s going on. We often see what we want to see. It takes patience and humility and a willingness to not quickly judge or come to premature conclusions. Let things, let situations, let people reveal themselves to you. And then.. things open up. The fog lifts. Sight becomes clear. And you will see that all things have been working together for good.

God isn’t satisfied with moments of obedience, no, he wants to rule the thoughts, desires, motives and purposes of your heart,

I want to see a more diverse, inclusive, and expansive space for athletes to talk about their faith journeys and I'm going to try to do what I can to make it a reality. #tweetitintoexistence

Acknowledging “Nobody’s perfect” isn’t meant to provide a lazy resting place for lukewarm Christianity. Jesus said, “be perfect as your Heavenly Father is perfect.Mt5:48. Humility doesn’t replace obedience.
