Dionisi on Antonio courtesy of @JakNetting - place your guesses as a comment of the date you think he’ll play in a competitive game for #watfordfc
“Michail is not ready because he has one problem, and he’s not ready to play. Now, I don’t know [when he will be ready].”
If you extrapolate the current #watfordfc points total (more than 25% of games now played) over an entire season, we get 42 points. That would have meant relegation in seven of the last 10 Championship campaigns - and finishing bottom in three of those.
If, after #watfordfc kept their last away clean sheet, you had pressed play on the ‘deluxe’ version of Sir Elton John’s Diamonds greatest hits compilation and left it on loop until the next away clean sheet, you’d have now played all 54 tracks more than 1,580 times 🤣
“It was the wind, ok. The wind and the rain, ok. Ok?” said #watfordfc owner Gino Pozzo
While allowing for change of shape and players returning to fitness, how has Nabizada not featured at all in the last two games and only played 188 minutes of the six games since #watfordfc last won?
Two goals scored in nine hours of away league games 😳
Conceded in the first half of all six 😳
Have ‘drawn’ the second half of all six 🤔

Who would have thought that a player who was out injured for 266 days in the last two seasons, and hadn’t played since April when he signed for #watfordfc, might come with risk?
Of all the people I met in local sports during my two stints at the Watford Observer, none worked harder, more selflessly and completely altruistically than John Elliott for @1972Jets . Well done mate, and continued success to you.
The Latin phrase ‘divide et impera’ comes to mind . . . #watfordfc
Replying to @Observer_Owl
@Observer_Owl understand that the Watford Supporters’ Board have held crisis talks after news of a potential meeting with #WatfordFC owner Gino Pozzo was revealed.
The “commitment” from Pozzo, shared in writing to the Supporters’ Board’s chairman, was not shared with all members of the elected board.

Allardyce exposing why he turned down the #watfordfc job before Nigel Pearson is eye-opening enough - but then hang on to hear what Karl Robinson says about the seating arrangements in the training ground canteen. It can’t all be fibs, misinterpreted can it?!
Perhaps, like Tom Ince, Big Sam has had his words twisted or taken out of context. Or perhaps they’re just speaking the truth about #watfordfc

Massive, massive congratulations to @BerkoFC who came from behind to win at Southend and reach the FA Cup First Round for the first time. One of our friendliest local non-league sides. Hope they get a great draw on Monday.
First time #watfordfc haven’t conceded in the first half of a league game since the opening day of the season.
Sky Sports ordered their Gino Pozzo from Temu . . . #watfordfc
Once the national media get a whiff of blood, they keep tracking your scent #watfordfc
Pozzo’s subsequent interview has, it seems, only made the torches burn more fierce.

If you’re a #watfordfc fan who wants to listen to some raw honesty, having heard or read about a myopic one-sided review of club affairs, then this is what you need.
I suppose the question I’d have asked in response to this comment is ‘and if the results had been extremely good would they also have little to do with you?’ #watfordfc (That’s before digging into his part in recruitment etc of course)
Gino Pozzo: “Now, of course, the team’s latest results have been extremely poor, and that has little to do with me. It’s more to do with the players, the coach and the group.”
