So a report, which recommended island-specific support for agriculture, was withheld from the process of agricultural legislation. More evidence of a government that treats Hebridean communities and their way of life with disdain.
SCF has been lobbying for this report to be accessible BEFORE the Scottish parliament would decide over the Agriculture Bill. While we convinced various MSPs to ask for the report to be published ahead of the parliamentary debate, that did not happen.
