I am going to prove that aging does not cause flat, sagging, sad, little buns .
Neglected, underdeveloped glutes do.
I will die with with full, round butt-cheeks. Up high where they belong.
Open casket funeral,
face down - booty up,
in nothing but cheekies and cowboy boots.

There is no legal basis the @ThornsFC could possibly point to for our removal (from a publicly owned and taxpayer funded property, no less).
-The Thorns allow all sorts of political signage, even violent signage and chants.
-I stood and cheered for the Thorns the entire time (as the section requires)
-Unlike the other fans, we didn't attack anyone. We were the ones attacked.
-We wore our shirts proudly and cheerfully
-We kept cheering for the team, even under assault

Low carb? Nah.
Intermittent fasting? Especially not.
I’m an athlete. I train. I lift. I actually use my body for something. So my breakfast looks like a bacon cheddar omelette and sourdough avocado toast because I need the food, not a 14-hour window of pretending walking hungry is discipline.
A lot of the loudest intermittent fasting “it’s just about health” content comes from women who were already built like broomsticks before they started it. Skinny people optimizing for staying skinny and calling it wellness is not the same thing as an athlete eating to perform. Different goals, different bodies, different requirements. One of them is not a moral or scientific upgrade on the other.
Eat the breakfast. Train. Stop taking metabolic advice from people whose main health metric is still fitting into the same size they wore at 13.

For years I uploaded to YouTube almost every day: training, nutrition, prep vlogs, interviews, all of it on the Tigerfitness channel.
On October 19, @YouTube terminated the channel. I appealed, and the appeal was denied the next day. I offered to remove any video they had a problem with and start clean. @TeamYouTube’s answer: no reinstatement, and no way to get a copy of my own videos.
I’m not asking them to put the channel back up. I’m asking for my own work: thousands of videos showing my face, my voice, my training and my family over the years.
So I’m taking action:
• I’ve filed a formal request under the Tennessee Information Protection Act for a copy of my personal data, including every video I uploaded.
• I’ve sent Google a formal notice to preserve the channel’s videos and records.
• If they refuse, I’ll use every remedy available to me, including complaints to the state.
Here’s how you can help:
• Keep the pressure on. Reply to or tag @TeamYouTube and ask them to give Marc Lobliner a copy of his videos. Keep it respectful. Persistence works better than insults.
• If you ever downloaded or saved one of my videos, reply or DM me. Every copy helps.
I’ll keep you posted. I’m not stopping.

All time British record holder in my class 70kg @ a bodyweight of 50.80kg. I missed the 75kg but I’m coming away with a gold medal and a national record. I’m now the best British bencher in my class. What an achievement. Disappointed at missing the last bench but I’ve got to be happy with how I competed in my first ever World Championship.
I love watching old episodes of Soul Train. 💃🏿🕺🏿🎶
🎶🕺🏾 55 YEARS OF SOUL TRAIN! 💃🏾🎶
On this day, October 2, 1971, Soul Train began its nationally syndicated journey — and television was never the same! ❤️
Created and hosted by the legendary Don Cornelius, Soul Train gave Black music, dance, fashion, style, and culture a national stage. From the Soul Train Line to unforgettable performances by some of the greatest artists of all time, it became so much more than a television show — it became part of our culture.
For generations, we heard those unforgettable words:
✨ “We wish you love, peace… and SOUL!” ✨
Happy 55th Anniversary to Soul Train! 🚂🎶✊🏾

What a beautifully written tribute to Tom Skerritt, A'ja. 🤍
🇺🇸🕊️ Rest in Peace, Tom Skerritt — Actor, Patriot, and United States Air Force Veteran 🕊️🇺🇸
Today, we honor the life and legacy of a remarkable man who was so much more than a Hollywood legend.
Tom Skerritt captured the hearts of millions through his unforgettable performances in Top Gun, Steel Magnolias, Alien, and Picket Fences. But beyond the bright lights of Hollywood was a man who proudly wore the uniform of the United States Air Force and never forgot his fellow veterans.
What I admire most about Tom Skerritt is that he used his voice, influence, and compassion to help those who served our country.
As a co-founder of the Red Badge Project, he helped veterans struggling with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) find healing through storytelling, creative expression, and the power of sharing their experiences.
He understood that some of the deepest wounds of military service are the ones the world cannot see. Rather than simply thanking veterans for their service, he took action to help them find their voices.
As a fellow United States Air Force veteran, that part of his legacy means something special to me. 🇺🇸
His contributions remind us that service does not end when we take off the uniform. It continues through the lives we touch, the people we help, and the difference we make.
Tom Skerritt leaves behind a legacy of talent, patriotism, compassion, and service to others.
Once an Airman, Always an Airman. ✈️🇺🇸
Thank you for your service to our nation, your contributions to the arts, and your unwavering commitment to our military veterans.
Aim High, Airman. Your final mission is complete. 🕊️
Rest in eternal peace, Tom Skerritt. You will never be forgotten.
🇺🇸 Service Before Self.

The Tatetards still won't get it. They also don't understand any of the other UK charges... or the UK-US expedition treaty.
They think the US expedition hearings are the same thing as a criminal trial. No dorks, the criminal trials will be held in the UK... if/when those degenerates get expedited (I hope they do).
Meanwhile, the filth bros are still locked up in a federal facility... while their sleazy attorneys keep trying (and failing. lol) to get them out on bail.
These look delicious.♡ I also like that you included a few 'pro tips' for adjusting the macros if desired.

The low calorie Cinnamon Bun recipe EVERYONE on the internet NEEDS to know about:
(Full Preparation/Cooking Guide attached)
Ingredients (makes 12)
- 12 Hawaiian Rolls
- 45 g Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter Light
- 55 g Stevia Brown Sugar
- 15 g (1 tbsp) Sugar Free Maple Syrup
- 2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
Frosting Ingredients
- 1 cup Stevia Powdered Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 3-4 tbsp Milk
Equipment
- Small mixing bowl
- Food scale
- Spoon or spatula for spreading
- Oven
- Baking tray
- Knife for slicing rolls
Instructions
1) Preheat your oven to 325°F.
2) Slice the entire sheet of rolls horizontally like a giant sandwich bun.
3) In a small bowl, mix the Stevia brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Stir in softened light butter and sugar-free maple syrup until a smooth paste forms.
4) Spread about 75% of the mixture evenly over the bottom half of the rolls. Place the top half back on and spread the remaining mixture on top half.
5) Bake for about 10 minutes until warmed through and the filling is gooey.
6) While rolls are baking, make the frosting. In a bowl, combine the powdered Stevia sugar and milk, stirring as you add the milk. Adjust milk to get a yogurt-like texture—spreadable but not too runny. Stir in vanilla extract.
7) Once rolls are done, remove from the oven and spread frosting on top. Let sit for about 1 minute to set slightly.
8) Serve warm and enjoy your low-calorie cinnamon buns!
