The smile on your face let's me know that you need me. The truth in your eyes says that you'll never leave me. The touch of your hand says you'll catch me if ever I fall. You say it best when you say nothing at all...

Took a long social media break. I feel so much better now. You never know how death is going to effect you. Taking the time you really need to adjust and ground yourself is so important.

I've got an EMMY AWARD WINNING doc out called #KilandtheKids about the work I do in DC with my teens. We're trying to set up screenings & discuss about how to work with teens! So peep it & if you enjoy it please RT so we can get more eyes on this!

My doc #KilandtheKids JUST dropped and is streaming on PBS which is a HUGE! This jawn is about the work I've been doing in the communities of DC for the past 25 years and my relationship with two of my teens! Taquan who was murdered 6 years ago & Taeon who was recently robbed at gunpoint going to school and how I'm trying to get him to bounce back from that! If you rock with me, bless me with some RT's so we can run these numbers up & keep Tay's name alive! 🙏🏿

Malice came back from a 16-year hiatus, and I can't find a verse that's not a contender for verse of the year. His verse on Community is ridamndiculous.

Engage or die. Blaming enslaved people and formerly enslaved people trying to learn to navigate a system that you are ignorant of and trying to survive, would be like blaming black and native Americans for owning slaves in a system that was forced on them.
