My brain convinced me my dog had died in the night and I was too scared to get up and find out but eventually I had to go to the toilet and he was just hanging out eating his own poo like normal.

It can take weeks for a young person to be able to access mental health services, but sure letβs waste time & money on banning them from social media (where they often find support).
