Dáil Éireann has unanimously backed a Sinn Féin motion calling on the Irish Government to prioritise planning for Irish unity and work towards a referendum date.
I welcome the massive significance of the Government supporting this motion and acknowledging its responsibility in preparing for Irish unity.
I now urge them to fulfil that responsibility without delay.
By working together, we can seize this enormous opportunity to build a stronger and fairer Ireland.
