The fund buys hyperliquid:native off the market.
Estimates put this extra stream at about $135 million to $160 million a year, stacked on top of the fee buybacks.

Hyperliquid Policy Center and TradeXYZ sent the CFTC a letter asking for a real rulebook for US oil perpetuals.
If the CFTC even entertains this, it is about pulling perps out of the offshore gray zone and into a lane US firms can touch.
That matters for Hyperliquid because the endgame is bigger than crypto perps.
It is crypto rails pricing real world markets, with compliance that does not kill the product.
This is the first step, and it is a serious one.
