Outrageous customer service! @askryanair @Ryanair @RyanairPress - my flights were cancelled in 2020 and I am STILL waiting for a refund. Lied about sending me a cheque , now they have lied about transferring the refund to my bank. Has anyone else had this issue?
@askryanair been waiting for a refund over a flight cancel down to coronavirus…been waiting over 12 months and despite having confirmation on the refund cannot get through by phone or chat online! Jokes!! Can everyone share/retweet! So don’t book with them!
