Pod presją Trumpa Meksyk nałożył od stycznia drakońskie 50% cła na chińskie auta i towary przemysłowe.
Wynik po 9 miesiącach 2026 roku:
Chiński eksport do Meksyku... wzrósł o 10% r/r (do 73,4 mld $), bity przez popyt na komponenty i sprzęt AI.
Sprzedaż chińskich aut w Meksyku... skoczyła o 20% r/r.
Azja (Chiny, Tajwan, ASEAN) odpowiada za ponad 45% importu Meksyku.
Dlaczego? Bo korporacje przez 30 lat budowały zintegrowane łańcuchy wartości, a Meksyk nie może produkować dla USA bez chińskiego wsadu.
Cła nie przywracają fabryk do Detroit ani Monterrey, sprawiają jedynie, że ci sami producenci płacą drożej za te same komponenty, przerzucając koszty na konsumenta.

Trump’s oil deal with Venezuela was negotiated in secret. Now we know why. The contract just leaked, and it doesn’t say what Trump says it says.
What it does say is that we bought 35 percent of a company for a penny a share. The company is run by Alejandro Betancourt, a Venezuelan businessman who’s been investigated for money laundering in Switzerland, Spain, and the United States. DOJ officials reportedly asked foreign governments to close those investigations and let him travel.
The parent company is registered through a Barbados shell, so nobody can see who the other owners are. Any dispute goes to a court in Texas. One person involved said it was built to insulate the deal from future administrations.
The company pumps about 200,000 barrels a day. America burns through that in 15 minutes. If this were a good deal, they wouldn’t have had to hide it. I break it all down in today’s show (link in reply).

Selon le journal, Elon Musk aurait personnellement ordonné, le 14 octobre, de limiter les capacités de Starlink utilisées par l'armée ukrainienne, affectant non seulement les drones offensifs, mais aussi ceux chargés d'intercepter les attaques russes.

🚨 £10k REWARD: ATTEMPTED RAPIST
A woman in her early 20s was dragged into a building entrance on Church Road in Islington. She was assaulted and subjected to an attempted rape. Two members of the public intervened after hearing her cries for help. The tanned European suspect then fled towards Angel.
The Met Police have released CCTV images of a man described as 5ft8 to 6ft tall, with short or shaved hair, wearing a distinctive blue-and-pink tie-dye T-shirt.
Detectives also want to trace a witness who briefly restrained the attacker.
