Our next support group is on 5th October 2026, from 5:00–6:00 PM.
We're delighted to welcome Erik Peers.
Erik Peers is an Executive Coach who spent a decade on antidepressants while running a demanding international corporate sales career. After three failed attempts to come off the medication, he worked out his own gradual tapering method and came off all psychiatric medication.
Now medication-free for over two decades, Erik helps people taper off prescribed psychotropics while staying effective at work. He shares his story to show that coming off is possible without losing the career built while on it.
Following Erik’s talk, there will be a Q&A and open discussion. This is a supportive space for anyone tapering off or withdrawing from psychiatric medication to connect, share experiences, and find hope.

A huge thank you to Katinka and the Antidepressant Risks team for hosting the London Stolen Lives Talks and coordinating Stolen Lives Picnics around the world on Prescribed Harm Awareness Day - 29th July 🌍
These gatherings give families and communities a space to come together, remember those whose lives have been lost, share experiences and ensure that their stories are not forgotten.
We are also so grateful for the incredible website that is antidepressantrisks.org - this resource provides valuable information, research and resources around antidepressant risks, informed consent and medication-related harm.

Last month, communities around the world came together for our Stolen Lives Picnics to mark Prescribed Harm Day.
From moving testimonies to moments of reflection, remembrance and connection, these gatherings created safe spaces for people affected by prescribed harm to come together, share their stories, honour loved ones, and remind one another that no one has to face this journey alone.
Thank you to everyone who organised, spoke, volunteered, attended, and supported these events. Together, we're building a movement that continues to grow across the world.
If you're interested in hosting a Stolen Lives Picnic in your community next year, we'd love to hear from you. Simply drop us an email, and we'll be in touch early next year with everything you need to get involved.
