Forgot to mention that you asked me to buy a new return trip, which had my original seats at five times the price. Is this allowed @UK_CAA?
Would advise anyone moving house never to use @AnyVan. Movers were terrible. Move started 5hrs late and then not completed. Items missing. Terrible customer service afterwards.
