While I disagree with a lot of things RH advocates for, here's a funny thing. Both left and right agree on one thing - #RankedChoiceVoting in the US. It's almost like there's actually a better system out there for the diversity of the population!

For the next time we talk about the "new, unprecedented, groundbreaking, fast, trailblazing, never-seen-before" AI. AI existed before Windows. AI has a (human) history.
Early Conversational Artificial Intelligence in 1979 "You’d sit in a leather Eames chair in the lab’s soundproof “media room” and point your hand at the room’s wall-sized rear-projection screen...you could say “Put a yellow circle there,” and the computer would obey. If you didn’t specify where the circle should go, the computer would ask “Where?” and wait for you to point and say “There!” Schmandt says it was one of the two first conversational systems ever written." From MIT Tech Review 2019's 'The geek.'
