Summary: When your workplace is toxic, the best thing to do is to run away and join the White Walkers. Just kidding, consider talking to HR, documenting incidents, and seeking support to address the situation. Often HR can't help so then look out for yourself.

4) Insufficient Budget: Performance marketing requires a significant investment in order to be successful. If you are not willing to invest enough money in your campaigns, then you may not be able to achieve the results you want.
