🚨Health Care Fraud Indictment
Based on the allegations in this indictment, these defendants caused the fraudulent submission of $19M in health care claims for nonexistent psychotherapy services.
That allegedly resulted in $4.8M in fraudulent payments being made.
Six defendants are now indicted and will answer these allegations in federal court.

Markwayne Mullin, speaking for DHS at the White House, bragged on them in front of President Trump.

Audited share-count transparency: Will the SEC require or facilitate an independent audited reconciliation of all beneficial-owner positions reported by U.S. and foreign broker-dealers against the shares registered at Equiniti for Next Bridge? Next Bridge itself released bulk-certificate data and noted that it does not match actual credited holdings at multiple firms. Why has this basic transparency not occurred years later?
Short positions and settlement: FINRA estimated ~2.65 million short positions that rolled into Next Bridge.
