Dear @ZyppElectric Leadership, Commercial fleet operations in residential zones require clear accountability and emergency responsiveness. Vehicle KA 05 AM 7580 (owned by Bycyshare Technologies Pvt Ltd) remains habitually parked in front of our gate, obstructing driveway access.   We demand that Zypp immediately implement the following operational SLAs: 1️⃣  30-Minute Emergency Removal TAT: A strict 30-minute maximum turnaround time to clear any Zypp vehicle blocking residential driveways  2️⃣ Direct Local Dispatch Contact: An active, accountable Bengaluru fleet manager contact number to replace the unmonitored corporate line on your RC records.

Last Friday, a few people knocked on the door, claim to be working out of an auditor's office, about assertiveness and that they are going to park right here and that it's up to us to live here! Will there be any action? "No Parking No littering signage" Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam!
