I rarely post customer service issues, but I’m hoping someone at @ServiceExperts can help. I paid to have a new A/C system installed by @croppmetcalfe After 7 service calls and significant water damage, including having to rip out my ceiling, I’m still waiting for the installation to be properly corrected. I’m not looking for anything beyond having the job done right. I hope someone from the team sees this and can help resolve it. #hvac #help

I thought I was just receiving an award… then the tribute videos started 🥹 Receiving the Shirley Chisholm Legacy Award from the @CaribHeritage was already an honor, but hearing reflections from people I love and admire nearly brought me to tears… Honored. Blessed. Deeply grateful 🙏🏽 🤍✨ Thank you to Marva Herman, Caribbean Heritage Organization, Consul General Joy A. Newbold, Keson Tinker, and everyone who made this evening so meaningful. I’ll carry this recognition with me always. This one is one is for you, Dad. I hope you’re proud 🕊️ 🇧🇸 #joy #bahamas #faith #dreams

Spent the day with the brilliant students at Crossroads School, and honestly… they reminded me why this work matters. 💙 Your beginning does not get to define your ceiling. There are so many ways to become who you’re meant to be. Stay curious. Ask the big questions. Dream the dreams that scare you a little. The future needs your mind. 🚀✨ #motivationalmonday #inspirational #Mentorship #DreamBig #staycurious
