And?
Last week, I met with young leaders from the @MBK_Alliance at the Obama Presidential Center. They shared more about the work they’re doing at school, their goals for the future, and even gave me an update on their class elections. Take a look!

⚠️🩵 Reformers 🩵⚠️
The establishment are trying very hard to dishearten us, to dampen our spirits, to make us roll over and give up.
Don't even think about it 😊
Lets have a look at whats actually happening on the ground between these opinion polls and the actual results.
Labour's real support has nosedived, catastrophically.
There have been seven parliamentary by-elections since the general election in July 2024.
Runcorn and Helsby (May 2025, Reform UK gain from Labour): Labour received 12,639 votes, down from 22,358 in 2024.
Labour's real drop in support? 44% 🚨
Gorton and Denton (February 2026, Green Party gain from Labour): Labour received 9,364 votes, down from 18,555 in 2024.
Labour's real drop in support? 49% 🚨
Makerfield (June 2026, Labour hold; Andy Burnham elected): Labour received 24,927 votes, up from 18,202 in 2024.
A 37% increase in Labour's support. This is the only seat where this happened and was widely considered a vote to remove Keir Starmer.
Aberdeen South (June 2026, Conservative gain from SNP): Labour received 1,550 votes, down from 11,455 in 2024.
Labour's real drop in support? 86% 🚨
Arbroath and Broughty Ferry (June 2026, SNP hold): Labour received 3,651 votes, down from 14,722 in 2024.
Labour's real drop in support? 75% 🚨
Clacton (August 2026, Reform UK hold; Nigel Farage re-elected): Labour did not stand a candidate and Farage received 63.3%.
Holborn and St Pancras (October 2026, Labour hold): Labour received 12,292 votes, down from 18,884 in 2024.
Labour's real drop in support? 34% 🚨
Astonishing for a Labour stronghold and the seat of the former prime minister.
Now lets go back to the general election.
All of the major polling companies predicted Labour would win between 41% and 44%.
The actual result was 33.7%.
So we can confidently say Labour's current predicted support is massively overestimated and the real number is likely to be somewhere closer to 22%, with Reform hugely underestimated.
Hold the line folks and vote Reform at every opportunity 🩵

Why were Jonathan Powell, Peter Mandelson and Lord Hermer appointed without vetting?
The answer is that Chagos was a deal Starmer couldn't refuse to make.
Here's a timeline of the key stages of the Chagos treachery.
In 1982, after it became known that the Chagos seabed may contain vast mineral wealth, Mauritius set up a select committee to examine the matter.
However, sea-mining technology was in its infancy, and it was too expensive to be commercially viable at that time.
In 2003, as underwater mining technologies advanced and the value of minerals and rare earth elements soared, mining the Chagos seabed became an exciting possibility again; Mauritius appointed the eminent international barrister Sir Ian Brownlie as advisor for the Chagos Archipelago.
A former member of the Communist Party of Great Britain, Brownlie was a good friend of Sir Satcam Boolell, a former Labour deputy prime minister of Mauritius, and High Commissioner in London.
In 2009, Brownlie led the first Mauritius delegation to the Foreign Office in London seeking a Chagos deal.
Among the delegation was Sir Satcam Boolell's son Satyajit, who became Mauritius Director of Public Prosecutions the same year.
In 2010, after Brownlie died in a motor accident in Egypt, Sir Keir Starmer’s “great mate”, Philippe Sands, a leading human-rights lawyer who has publicly boasted of humiliating the UK in international courts, took over as counsel to Mauritius for Chagos.
In 2013, Satyajit Boolell invited Keir Starmer, whom he had become friendly with during Starmer's time as the UK's DPP, to a legal conference at the 5-star Balaclava resort in Mauritius.
During the trip, Starmer discussed the future of the Chagos Archipelago with then Mauritius prime minister Navin Ramgoolam.
After Starmer’s 2013 visit, Ramgoolam wrote that he and Starmer were aligned over Chagos.
In 2015, Ramgoolam was arrested on money-laundering charges when large sums of cash in foreign currencies, suitcases full of brand-new luxury watches, and blank British visas were found in his home.
Also in 2015, Starmer was elected to the British Parliament.
In 2019, Philippe Sands, after a campaign of lobbying the UN, obtained an International Court of Justice ruling (advisory opinion only, and non-binding) that the Chagos islands should be given to Mauritius.
Sands used the ICJ ruling as leverage in the following years in his efforts to persuade the Conservative government to give Chagos to Mauritius.
In 2020, Starmer became leader of the Labour Party.
In 2021, Sands received Mauritius' top honour, The Most Distinguished Order of the Star and Key of the Indian Ocean.
In 2022, Sands made an unauthorized entry into the Chagos Archipelago for a flag-raising ceremony. Sands tweets at the time, “It’s morning on Chagos, where the flag of Mauritius flies."
In 2023, Sands became a Mauritius citizen, but retains his British and French citizenships.
🧧In November 2023, David Cameron replaced James Cleverly as Foreign Secretary and, with the support of other senior Tories, stopped a Chagos deal saying, it’s not in the national interest, as reported in Hansard.
In July 2024, Starmer became UK Prime Minister and just ten weeks after entering Downing Street, he agreed a deal with Mauritius, despite there having been no mention of Chagos during the election campaign, and the Labour manifesto pledging to protect the BOT.
in November of 2024, Ramgoolam was elected Mauritius prime minister again after a snap general election, and took over from the incumbent PM, Pravind Jugnauth, to lead the Chagos negotiations with the UK.
In December 2024, after 14 years in the role, Philippe Sands steps down as Mauritius counsel for Chagos.
In January 2025, Attorney General Lord Hermer recused himself from signing off on the Chagos deal, and declined to say why.
In February 2025, Jugnauth was arrested on money-laundering charges after large sums of cash in foreign currencies and suitcases full of brand-new luxury watches were found in his home.
In May 2025, twelve years after discussing the future of Chagos in Mauritius, Starmer and Ramgoolam sat down in London to sign the treaty that transfers the archipelago's sovereignty to Mauritius.
The Fall Out.
The Chagos deal does🟥NOT secure the joint UK/US military base on Diego Garcia.
The deal operationally hobbles the base, and increases the dangers to the British and American military personnel, and the civilians who work there, and in the wider Central Indian Ocean region.
Diego Garcia's remoteness made it easy to defend in the past. This deal leaves the base horribly vulnerable to the growing threats posed by the new longer-range missiles, and more sophisticated and lethal drones.
When Keir Starmer, Lord Hermer and Vijay Rangarajan, the Director General at the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office, made the deal it was fully understood that the outer islands of the Chagos Archipelago were by far the best locations to deploy early warning, and air-defense systems, to protect the main base from missile and drone attacks.
Yet they still decided to lease only Diego Garcia.
Andy Burnham, Foreign Secretary Ed Miliband, and Defense Minister Wes Streeting, know the deal increases the dangers to the lives of British service personnel, and our NATO allies personnel, in the strategically important Central Indian Ocean region.
To double down and push the deal with that knowledge is a shameful act of betrayal.
While the deal leaves Diego Garcia vulnerable to attack, it also renders the base itself ineffective and operationally hobbled.
Mauritius is a signatory of the Pelindaba African Weapon-Free Zone Treaty which bans all nuclear weapons from treaty members' territory.
Pelindaba gives each of the more the 40 countries who have signed it the right to inspect the facilities on Diego Garcia if they suspect nuclear arms are being stored there.
The UK's nuclear-armed Trident submarines will no longer be able to enter Chagos waters, or visit Diego Garcia which is the only island in the region which has suitable anchorage and facilities for maintenance and restocking provisions, etc.
The US's nuclear-armed submarines, ships, and planes will also be banned from Diego Garcia and the Chagos Archipelago's waters.
Mauritius gets complete sovereignty over everything, including control of the airspace above the Chagos Archipelago, which at 250,000 square miles is the same size as France.
The implications of controlling such a vast area of airspace in a strategically vital region are huge.
Mauritius has shown it will ban planes entering its current airspace when China asks.
The Chagos Deal does not ‘secure the base’. It methodically destroys every element required for operations. The text and annexes state it will:
❌Constrain future Ops and use of the base
❌Prevent the placing of sensors and other maritime installations
❌Require us to sight our foes on defence planning
❌Mean we’re unable to use our preferred contractors
❌See us lose of control over electromagnetic spectrum.

Almost everything Burnham says in this piece is a lie.
- We didn't get a "harder" Brexit than what was mentioned in the Referendum. We left with the most comprehensive trade agreement the EU has ever signed.
- The small boats crisis didn't emerge because of losing "returns agreements". While we were in the EU we were a net-, recipient of illegal immigrants from these agreements, the small boats crisis has emerged because of a global surge in illegal immigration and pull-factors like our human rights laws.
- Immigration within the EU was not "revolving door". It has been permanent, and significantly more than estimated at the time. Over 6 million people have come here on the EU Settlement scheme, double estimated.
The Prime Minister is dishonest and cynical, planning to hand border control to the EU, and likely pay them British taxpayers money while he's at it. – at Merton, London

Britain is holding talks with the EU about a potential return to free movement and other options for closer alignment
The Times has been told that the UK is discussing a series of options about the future relationship which are due to be unveiled within weeks
Andy Burnham plans to set out his vision for closer ties with the bloc, including the potential of rejoining the union, and have a “conversation with the British public about our long-term future”
The options that will be presented are being discussed with officials in Brussels to ensure both sides would ultimately be able to agree
One source said all such routes would be “discussed using diplomatic channels” before any “big bang” launch of the options on the table

So just so we are all clear.
Despite his promises that he will not go faster than the public, he is *already* negotiating rejoin options with the EU.
In all my days, I have never seen such a flagrant betrayal of voters.
This will not stand.

What an absolutely pathetic post from this goober who sold his soul to Dougie “sex party” Smith, cheated on his wife, and now talks in woke psychobabble to try and make himself feel better about his vile behaviour.
He’s being blackmailed by people with videos and stories of him, and he knows he’s got no recourse. It’s very, very, very sad. And this is the HEART of the “new” Conservative Party)

Good to see Robert Jenrick’s @RobertJenrick Economic Rescue Plan putting real numbers on the table: £67bn of savings, welfare reform, an end to net zero subsidies, inside the fiscal rules. Credible and costed. A serious start.

The headlines for Andy Burnham are going to take a very dark turn over the next few months.
The National Grooming Gang Inquiry will begin hearing the personal testimony, perspectives, and experiences of victims and survivors.
Phase 1: Week commencing 14 December
Phase 2: Week commencing 11 January.
Then in March and April 2027, the Accountability Hearings will begin and thats when we will find out why the government fought so hard against this inquiry.
Representatives from Central Government departments, national police forces, local councils, and the Crown Prosecution Service will be legally compelled to explain why the mass sexual abuse of young British girls was actively covered up for so long.
Keir Starmer will also have to explain why so many perpetrators were not prosecuted whilst he was head of the CPS.
Maggie Oliver has been named as a Core Participant, which means she will be able to ask the Chair to compel any person to give evidence under oath.
She has made her feelings towards Andy Burnham pretty clear on several previous occasions.
Will this be the reckoning she has fought so hard to achieve?
She tried for years to hold people accountable when she worked for Greater Manchester Police. They ignored her, actively worked against her and she was eventually forced to resign.
Andy Burnham was up to his neck in this scandal and he won't be able to ignore her this time.
All of the hearings will be livestreamed.

Can we ban this one here.
Today Israeli authorities barred me and other European elected representatives from entering the West Bank to meet Palestinian students and civil society leaders, as part of a @ProgIntl delegation.
We knew that by crossing into the occupied Palestinian territories, we risked being detained, interrogated and turned away by Israeli authorities. And that, alas, is exactly what happened.
For more than eight hours, we were held, interrogated and made to feel as though we had done something wrong simply by attempting to enter.
The simple truth is we had done nothing wrong. We went to show our support for the Palestinian people and highlight the terrible injustice and violence being perpetrated against them. We want to ensure that people back home do not look away from the reality of what is happening.
Ultimately, we went to show solidarity. But we left with an even greater determination to speak out. We will not be silenced, and we will not look away. None of us should.

Yet another lazy attack from an entitled Tory. Turn to page 31. There’s an entire five year fiscal table.
Reform’s estimates for 2027/28 include:
• £20.18bn from welfare changes
• £8.18bn from scrapping net zero subsidies
• £5.80bn from reducing foreign aid
• £2.31bn from quangos and the civil service
• £2.54bn from student loan reforms
Total estimated savings: £39.88bn.
The same table sets out £26.74bn in net tax and revenue measures, £1.93bn in specific spending increases and a further £10bn spending allowance. It projects borrowing £1.24bn lower that year than the government baseline.
Claiming there are “no substantial savings” and “no real costings” ignores the document in front of you.
And if these are all Conservative policies, why didn’t it get delivered during 14 years of government?

No one should be cowed. No one should be discouraged. We strike terror into their hearts, and we will not be silent anymore.
