It's partially us/europe but the uk is actually uniquely bad in this regard I think stuff like anaesthetic spray for sore throats or patches for oral ulcers are not as common here, we only just started doing chickenpox vaccinations and it's fucking impossible to get nhs hrt

Also ibuprofen and paracetamol do different things? Like if I have a pulled muscle I’ll take an ibuprofen but if I have a sore throat I’ll take a paracetamol bc ibuprofen is an anti inflammatory but paracetamol is not
