Wait, so the breaking athletes get to go by their nicknames while competing in Paris? I have lots of questions
I’m really sad to realize I’ve memorized my credit card number. So many online purchases have been thwarted by my wallet simply being in a different room. I am now a menace to myself and my bank account.
.@BeeDubya75 @FlyyLikeChrisB @hfwilliams10 if you guys could re-pick where you went to college, which college would it be and why would it definitely be one of these schools?
It’s weird to start training again before the season is technically over. But you gotta do what you gotta do.
Do you want to medal at worlds?
Be my roommate.
2022 - @karathrowsjav - silver
2023 - Lagi Tausaga - gold
Before leaving our room today -“ I just don’t want to get 12th” - Lagi
I would say MISSION ACCOMPLISHED
Plz reply to this tweet with actions that you believe should send someone straight to #airportjail Here is my submission:
Boarding a plane to Austin is starting to look a lot like boarding a plane to California…just more people trying way too hard and wearing cowboy boots
Anyone else have those days where that can’t seem to get anything done, super tired, and then at dinner you cave and eat 15 wings and suddenly you can knock all those tasks out? Or is that too specific of a scenario?
I think the wildest takeaway from February is that Ryan Crouser’s world record isn’t included in his World Ranking because it was an “F” meet and not worth enough points to make it into his Top 5 average 😅
Just a reminder as track season ramps back up that Costas @LsabreAvenger is the absolute go-to source for results and updates
I realize time is an illusion in airports but I think it’s more concerning to watch someone chug a coffee at 9pm than drink a beer at 9am

At 36, Kara Winger just had her best ever season. And it's due to be her last. New on the Journal, Dan McQuaid @McThrows profiles America's greatest javelin thrower. tracksmith.com/gb/journal/ar…
6 American men threw 80m+ this year.
6 American women threw 60m+ this year.
Of those 12 athletes, 10 threw a personal best this year. We just might be figuring this ol’ javelin thing out. 🇺🇸

Meaning that the US finish the season not only with the WL'er in Kara Winger but three women in the top eight as well as over 64m, an unprecedented strength in the top tier of the event.

NATIONAL RECORD 🇺🇸
@karathrowsjav (who announced her retirement earlier this year) throws a HUGE 68.11m to smash her personal best and win the women's javelin.
World champion @kelseyleebarber finishes 4th with 61.07m.
