“'Globalize the Intifada' was never a metaphor. Intifada means what it has always meant in practice—acts of anti-Jewish violence. To globalize it means to do so globally..."

Case Shiller home price index is down 4 mo in a row.
Assume it would affect inflation (despite CPI not being included in the calc) GDP growth, interest rates. What effect would it have on the CRE?
on one hand potential higher demand, how on the other hand slower demand for some inventory, so valuations could stay the same due to these two conflicting forces

You might be wondering why US students have gone into overdrive over Israel-Palestine, while there is so much injustice in America? The answer is fairly simple. They have been conditioned to do so by universities that have raked in money from Qatar and other terror supporting states.
4.7 billion dollars that we know of was provided from 2001 to 2021, plus massive amounts from other Gulf States. It is believed billions more were funneled through third parties.
In exchange for the money, top U.S. universities have crafted a curriculum that focuses on demonizing Israel. Qatari funds are also directly linked to the SJP chapters in these universities.
In a very real sense, the same Qatari money that funds Hamas has also funded the American education system and taught our students to support terrorism. The universities created this crisis which is a deep threat to our national security.

The most important video you will watch about the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. Best historical overview, fact checking 101.
This is the best explanation I've seen about the Israeli-Palestinian conflict in general, and about what's happening right now. Before giving an opinion, make sure you understand what's all about youtu.be/XNf40sBcvKk?si=BqmQ…

The law known as proposition 47 introduced Penal Code section 459.5, making shoplifting in California and petty theft, a misdemeanor crime is the current root cause of the fentanyl-fueled pandemic and subsequently massive retail demise, and it will get much worse before the law recalled. All of that have nothing to do with so-called TechBros.

A few days ago, the Mayor of SF dropped this thread in which she tries to explain why the city has no money.
I thought we should provide a little translation for those of you who can’t follow California politician-speak…

CRE prices are falling, rents are flat or declining and cap rates are expanding, all while inflation remains near a 40 year high...
Is there really any dispute about the fact the real estate is not an inflation hedge?
