Chair @MalkiFoundation • Defeating terror demands saner strategies. @FrimetRoth and I honor our murdered child’s life by fighting for long-thwarted US justice.

Are you a lawmaker in the US Congress? Have you failed to demand that @JordanGov be instructed to hand over @FBIMostWanted fugitive #AhlamTamimi to US law enforcement so she can be tried in Washington? If so, it’s your failure that defeats US justice and keeps this monster free.
Replying to @arnoldroth
I simply cannot comprehend the “sophisticated” figurings of lawmakers from both sides of Washington’s political divide who, for years, have resisted efforts - mainly by my wife and me - to get them to insist that appropriate US govt leverage be applied to Jordan, in particular by the @StateDept, so that Jordan is finally made to cease violating its 1995 treaty with the US. The sole reason Jordan does this, right up to today, is to keep harboring a wildly popular, bragging Hamas fugitive terrorist, the savage who calls the 2001 @Sbarro massacre of Jewish children and of American citizens “my operation”. Harboring is what Jordan does so that #AhlamTamimi evades trial in Washington on charges issued against her there in 2013. To be brutally clear about how this works: If you serve in Congress and you are still not demanding that @JordanGov be instructed to hand Tamimi over to the waiting arms of US law enforcement in Jordan, then you are enabling, supporting and favoring this monster’s continued evasion of US justice.

There’s a call to action to here.

Australia’s Meeting with Jordan didn’t mention Ahlam Tamimi, the Jordanian Hamas operative who planned, led, facilitated and still celebrates the 2001 Sbarro pizzeria bombing atrocity in Jerusalem

.@AustralianLabor @pmc_gov_au @SenatorWong @Tony_Burke @BenCarrollMP @gabwilliamsmp @AngusTaylorMP @tedobrienmp @SenatorCash @LiberalAus @PaulineHansonOz @OneNationAus Can someone please bring this to @AlboMP's attention, to do what is right, to ask Jordan why they are allowing the terrorist who murdered this father's young daughter to live freely and be treated rather like a celebrity in Jordan
Prime Minister @AlboMP, is this reaching you? Why has no one from any part of your govt ever spoken with us? Our fight to get a Jordanian fugitive to trial and justice in Washington should have been embraced by your team. A shame the Jordanians didn’t hear you call for justice.

My wife and I aren’t battling all these years for some abstraction. Our goal is concrete - the criminal trial in Washington of the Jordanian woman who for years has called the massacre that took our child’s life “my operation”. Ignoring or belittling us means opposing justice.

No public call was made by Australia urging Jordan to extradite Tamimi to the US. Making that call during @KingAbdullahII’s royal visit to Canberra last week would have been a principled step towards justice. It’s astonishing, Mr @AlboMP, that Australia failed to do it.
I’m told unclear media reports from this past week’s Canberra meetings say Tamimi “was raised”. Whatever those words mean, it’s beyond doubt that no public call was made by Australia urging Jordan to extradite Tamimi to the US as Jordan’s 1995 treaty with the US requires.

“Song of Joy” was written by Malki in the last months of her tragically short life for school. Sure she had all the time in the world, Malki submitted it late. We learned of the song during Shiva, the week of mourning, from her friends. Dozens of recorded versions now exist.

In getting the Sbarro bomber to justice, Australia has a role. A role that Australia has declined to play without ever offering an explanation that comported with the facts. It’s time. jwire.com.au/in-getting-the-…

How sad that last week’s Jordanian royal visit to Canberra was allowed to run its course without a single public mention of (a) the murder of Melbourne-born Malki Roth and (b) Jordan’s years of harboring the woman who calls the massacre at @Sbarro “my operation”.
This week Prime Minister @AlboMP welcomed the King of Jordan, His Majesty King Abdullah II ibn Al Hussein to Australia.

It has never made sense to us that Canberra is so unbearably passive through all the years since our Melbourne-born child was murdered in a massacre of Jewish children spearheaded by a Jordanian. In the wake of how @KingAbdullahII’s visit went, it’s time for some answers.
Your help, please, in making a connection between us and @AlboMP, Prime Minister Albanese. We’re the parents of Malki Roth, an Australian girl murdered by a Jordanian terrorist savage and we’re fighting for justice. @pmc_gov_au @AusAmbJO @AusAmbIsrael

Time for a public discussion about justice and Australia’s role in helping trample it in the case of Melbourne-born Malki Roth. (It’s possible you can’t tell but we’re actually shouting these words.)

“No one who types the chilling words “Losing a child is” into a search engine is ever surprised by the result. Losing a child to an act of murder takes the eviscerating pain of grief to a still-more agonizing level. Coping is as hard as things get. A nightmare. But when the murderer becomes a celebrity, that’s uniquely, impossibly dark.” australianjewishnews.com/my-… Arnold Roth via @Aus_JewishNews cc @pmc_gov_au @DFAT @AlboIsPM
