ALT Mapaglabang Araw Ng Pagbibigay-Pansin sa Mga Intersex! Kada Oktubre 26 ang Intersex Awareness Day. Sa araw na ito, pinapaalala na ang I sa LGBTQIA+ ay hindi dapat maging “invisible,” pero maging simbolo ng pag-asa ng malaya at maginhawang buhay para sa bawat taong intersex.
ALT Sa pandaigdigan, ang mga taong intersex ay nagiging biktima sa kahihiyan at pinsalang pangkatawan dahil lamang sa kung paano sila pinanganak. Ang kanilang katangiang seksuwal at pagpapahayag ng kasarian ay dapat nakabase sa katotohanang panloob ng bawat indibidwal na intersex, hindi sa kagustuhan ng perisex na mediko, kapamilya, o sino pa man.
ALT Sa Pilipinas, ang Intersex PH ay patuloy na lumalaban para sa Cagandahan Bill, isang proposed bill na maaaring magbigay ng ligtas at aksesibleng daan patungo sa pagkakilalang legal ng tunay na katangiang seksuwal at pagkakakilalang pangkasarian ng mga intersex na Pilipino. Ihinain ito sa senado ni Senador Risa Hontiveros noong Enero 28, 2026.
ALT Ang Aromantic and Asexual Support Philippines ay tumatayo kasama ng komunidad ng mga taong intersex sa Pilipinas at sa pandaigdigan sa kanilang pakikibaka para sa tunay na ingklusyon sa papel at sa lipunan.
ALT A Powerful Intersex Awareness Day! October 26 is annual Intersex Awareness Day. On this day, we remember that the I in LGBTQIA+ must stand not for “invisible,” but for the hope of a free and peaceful life for every intersex individual.
ALT All around the world, intersex people are subject to mutilation and shame for existing as they are. Their sexual characteristics and gender expression must be based on the euphoria of intersex individuals, not the comfort of perisex medical professionals, family members, or anyone else.
ALT In the Philippines, Intersex PH continues to fight for the approval of the Cagandahan Bill, a proposed bill to give intersex individuals a safe, accessible route towards legal recognition of their true sex and identity. This has been filed to the Senate on January 28, 2026 by Senator Risa Hontiveros.
ALT Aromantic and Asexual Support Philippines stands firmly with the intersex community locally and worldwide in the struggle for true legal and social inclusion.
ALT Maligayang Ace Week! Saan ka man sa espektro ng mga walang-nasa (asexual), para sayo ang Ace Week! Itinatag noong 2010 bilang Asexual Awareness Week, ang pagdiriwang ito ay pumupugay sa pagkakakilanlang ace at sa kasaysayan nito.
ALT Kahit na 16 na taon na ang nakalipas mula sa unang pagdiriwang nito, at naging Ace Week na ang ngalan nito noong 2019, patuloy ang laban nito para sa karapatan, pagkakilala, at pagtanggap sa mga ace. Ngayong ilegal na ang asexuality sa Niger at mayroon pa ring conversion therapy para sa mga walang-nasa sa ilang bansa, lumalaki ang halaga ng Ace Week sa kabila ng diskriminasyon mula sa isang lipunang allonormative.
ALT Kami sa Aromantic and Asexual Support Philippines ay nagpapatuloy sa pakikibaka para sa lahat ng walang-nasa. Ito ang pinagmulan ng aming samahan. Matibay ang aming pagtayo kasama ng aming buong komunidad, maging sa Pilipinas at sa pandaigdigan, para sa ingklusibo at mapagmahal na lipunan.
ALT Happy Ace Week! No matter your identity within the asexual spectrum, Ace Week celebrates us all! Founded in 2010 as Asexual Awareness Week, the week-long commemoration has always aimed to empower the ace identity and uplift its history.
ALT Although sixteen years have passed since the first campaign and officially renamed as Ace Week in 2019, the movement for ace rights, recognition, and acceptance continue to journey on. With asexuality now becoming illegal in Niger and some countries still subject asexuals to conversion therapy, Ace Week becomes extremely important in the face of heightened discrimination from an allonormative society.
ALT We at Aromantic and Asexual Support Philippines shall continue the fight for ace advocacy and acceptance. This is the very foundation of the birth of our group after all. And we shall stand strong with acespecs in our country and across our seas to help build a more inclusive and caring society.
