She drove off in someone else’s car… with Find My iPhone riding shotgun.
The owner had stepped into a convenience store and left her car running outside. When she came back, the car was gone - along with her purse and phone.
That phone quickly became the getaway’s biggest problem.
Her aunt pulled up the live location and relayed the latest ping to police, helping officers catch up with the vehicle shortly afterward.
Then came the explanation.
The woman insisted she was “just trying to go home” and later claimed she believed a man she knew had conveniently left the running car there for her to take.
The owner said store surveillance captured what happened and decided to press charges.
The woman was ultimately facing felony vehicle theft and possession of stolen property charges, with the incident also involving the vehicle being taken across state lines.
A 2-year-old was inside that car.
Three truckers made damn sure it wasn’t getting away.
Jim Lowe spotted the vehicle from an AMBER Alert nearly 170 miles from where little Cael Whitehead had been taken.
He checked the plate.
Match.
Then the CB came alive.
Truckers ahead moved into position until three massive semis were surrounding the car and squeezing away every chance of escape.
They slowed it down.
Held it there.
And bought police the time they needed to move in.
Inside was Cael.
Safe. Unharmed. Going home.
Those drivers had never met that little boy.
But the second they realized a child needed help, a stretch of interstate became a wall of steel.
A bunch of truckers hauling freight suddenly had something far more important to deliver:
A little boy back home.
Some heroes wear badges.
Some drive 18 wheels.

The truth is OUT! Police have released body-cam footage that DESTROYS the left's narrative that cops took out an "unarmed, innocent member of the community"!
In the footage, you can see a 45-year-old man wanted for child s*x crimes pulling a gun on a Wichita police officer before the officer opened fire and k*lled him.
It all when down when cops were trying to arrest a man on a warrant and eight counts of s*xual exploitation of a child.
When they told him he was being arrested, bodycam footage shows he pulled a gun.
An officer opened fire and ended the threat.

Until recently, Hamideh Soleimani Afshar and her daughter were green card holders living lavishly in the United States.
Afshar is the niece of deceased Iranian Major General Qasem Soleimani. She is also an outspoken supporter of the Iranian regime who celebrated attacks on Americans and referred to our country as the "Great Satan."
This week, I terminated both Afshar and her daughter's legal status and they are now in ICE custody, pending removal from the United States.
