Had a nice lil trip to visit family back in New England during peak fall foliage. Always nice to see momma wolf and the old stomping grounds and my friends in the area (along with a short NYC visit!) 🥰
For now, back to Denver!

Happy #FlexFriday and #FursuitFriday! Been really consistent in the gym and with my diet and I'm very happy with the results. 🥰

After a long day of work, it's just really nice to be able to lay back and put your feet up. 🐾 #FursuitFriday

This Saturday I'm gonna be participating in the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention's charity walk to save lives and bring hope to those affected by suicide. It's a mission dear to my heart - if you want to help, I have a donor page! afspwalks.donordrive.com/par…

"Ricky you're such a big dumb bodybuilder lunk, please don't kick sand in my face and take my girl, you're so mean 🥵"
