@CRED_support Hi my credit card payment is not processed. Again the usual excuse of awaiting bank confirmation. My bank says payment has not been received from you. What’s going on? There is no way to raise a ticket on your app as well
Your app shows payment complete, had I not checked my banking app then I would have defaulted on my payment. The resolution hopefully is before the end of the day and not any later
I want an update right now. The money has been debited and credit card bill is still unpaid due to your negligence. This is the third time this has happened @CRED_club @CRED_support @BlrCityPolice is there any law against such type of negligence in service providers?
My connection has been disconnected incorrectly by your team yesterday evening. It’s been over 24hrs hours and no reconnection has happened. You have already inconvenienced me,time to look for a new service provider. @ACTFibernet

@CRED_support still awaiting my refund. Have already shared my details on the app and through DM. Every time you are asking me to wait 2-3days. It’s already over the time frame.I have to stop using your app and file a complaint with @BlrCityPolice
@UPI_NPCI please note @CRED_support @CRED_club is blaming ur system for their internal system failure. My bank confirms the payment is made to cred but they have not made the payment to the final beneficiary. Please help
Finally the payments are reflecting. Seems like @CRED_club was not at fault and were first to respond(albeit after 3 days). Can give them the benefit of doubt of being the more reliable app. But @AxisBank you guys better improve your service(still not received a reply)

@AxisBank has a system upgrade which stops customers from making credit card payments and then @CRED_club @CRED_support sees this as an opportunity to make some extra money. All payments made through the CRED app show as successful but do not reflect in your card statement.
@BlrCityPolice where do I file a complaint for fraud since @AxisBankSupport and @CRED_support are not responding. It seems like this has happened to other citizens as well and a new way of doing payment frauds.
