For me, Twitter is a fun pastime!
(or a fast Pun time 😛)
But, occasionally, I do come up with Tweets that might be of help to people, or just entertain them... 🤔
Here is a Thread🧵to Tie them all up in one place!
(Needle-less to say, the Tweets, not the people! 😂)

It’s truly shocking how terrible discharge summaries and discharge instructions are now.
Another failure of the Healthcare Technocracy.
Was walking today evening, and just next to the office of @mybmcWardGS
Found these cows and their owners obstructing the footpath
the people were having a loud argument over something.

Mumbai wakes up to a blanket of smog, with visibility taking a hit. And just as the haze settles in, light rain arrives in parts Mumbai

If you see street food vendors not using gloves, tell them that you won’t eat their food because of poor hygiene.
If you see dirty water being used or food being prepared in unhygienic conditions, don’t stay silent. Call it out
Stop normalising unhygienic food practices. People need to be held accountable for selling food that puts health at risk.
These habits continue because we’ve normalised seeing them. The moment people start speaking up and treating unhygienic practices as unacceptable, things will begin to change.
Investment in Public Transport is a necessity
It could singularly be loss-making, but in the whole picture it helps economy and health
Buses, trains need a bosoted development
Mumbai Metro 3 - WHAT A TURNAROUND 👏
From "who will use it?" to "where is the space to stand?"
Just 1 year old and Aqua Line @AshwiniBhide @MumbaiMetro3
is packed to capacity. Every trip - full house, commuters standing, no seats.
Mumbai has spoken. We needed this metro.

Choice
"We can save only the mother or baby. You choose."
That, might never happen.
But we do encounter a similar choice on a daily basis.
consider this
1) Surgeon removed maximum brain tumour, at the most leaving the tidbits stuck to important nerves or crucial brain structures.
But in doing so, there is a higher risk (let's say ~8-10%) of having some neurological problem... like paralysis or speech defect
2) Surgeon removes as much tumour as possible
but is VERY careful near the important structures, and might leave a chunkof tumour just to be safe.
There is still a risk of a problem, but it is less (2%)
Residual tumour in both cases will be addressed by chemotherapy/radiotherapy
if given the choice, which of the two options would you prefer?
