Parcel delivery firm DPD have replaced their customer service chat with an AI robot thing. It’s utterly useless at answering any queries, and when asked, it happily produced a poem about how terrible they are as a company. It also swore at me. 😂

Listen, if Taylor Swift suddenly gets awarded a contract to provide healthcare services to the NHS, is given part of the HS2 line to run or gets given a life peerage like Lord Siberia or whatever he’s called, then let’s chat about Starmer taking his kids to her concert shall we.

Do you have a favourite memory of the BBC Singers?
"The Fairies, played by members of Garsington Youth Opera Company, were stunning throughout, with excellent intonation and ensemble – it was a joy to hear such accomplished young voices..'
It was such a joy preparing these wonderful young singers for this production. Very proud.

@SinfoniaOfLondn, @ChandosRecords, an amazing cast, #johnwilson and I did a thing, and it came out kinda good!
So immensely proud of our current cohort of Waterperry Young Artists, who are off to a flying start in our 2024 season. Such an exciting group of artists and already so many wonderful things happening in their various rehearsals, coachings and workshops.
Wonderful to see our @WaterperryOpera 2024 Young Artists singers in a masterclass tonight with Elaine Kidd. Fantastic potential. Bravo to @ashbeauchamp @rebecca_meltzer for leading such a vital programme.
Very grateful to all our visiting practitioners from the industry for their time spent with them, and it was a real treat to hear our YA singers tonight singing in their masterclass with Elaine Kidd. I am so excited for the rest of the summer with this wonderful group!
The entire performing arts and creative industries this morning absolutely livid at their decision to exclusively use MacBooks and thus be completely unaffected by the Microsoft global outage.
I find it staggering that we had people quite literally being denied their democratic right to vote because of a lack of ID, and yet it would seem the requirements to STAND AS A CANDIDATE require no proof of actually being a real human?!
