For now, KE classifies SM as an 'associate'. If this happens, KE’s control over SM would strengthen; it's highly likely that SM would be reclassified as a 'subsidiary'. SM’s revenue n operating profit would be consolidated into KE’s statement. It's scheduled for 내년 1월 1일.
