Our head designer packaged her entire design system into a skill. Now when anyone's agent generates a report or a slide deck, it comes out on brand without her ever touching it. Her expertise used to live in her head. Now the whole company draws on it instantly. Most companies bolt AI onto what they ship. Almost nobody is rebuilding how the company itself actually works, rewiring the internal nervous system around agents. That's where the real compounding advantage lives.
