Pleased to share our report of a hook effect (ie, falsely low readout in setting of high analyte concentration) with use of a common #sarscov2 binding antibody test. This is akin to the prozone effect seen in assays such as the RPR for syphilis. onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/…
