A change of opponent for Dylan Biggs. The WBC Grand Prix winner will now face former English title challenger and BKB combatant Dan Catlin on November 7 in Toowoomba, following the withdrawal of Kudratillo Abdukakhorov due to visa issues. #ozboxing #boxing

History repeats in Arizona. Two decades removed from Kostya Tszyu’s final career victory in The Grand Canyon State, Nikita Tszyu will make his American debut, following today’s announcement of his addition to the #BenavidezCieslak card on December 6. #ozboxing #boxing

Koen Mazoudier appreciation post. Accepted a date with undefeated American superstar Jermall Charlo as part of the Tszyu-Spence mega event in July, two divisions above his natural weight. Due to circumstances outside of his control with visa issues, he misses out on the opportunity, and continues to work towards another fight. Mazoudier is later given the chance to face Charlo again, this time on the Fundora-Hadribeaj card on October 18 in Las Vegas, and accepts the bout for a second time. Less than two weeks before their scheduled clash, Charlo withdraws due to injury. Not to be deterred, Mazoudier immediately agrees to a bout against replacement opponent and former WBA world champion Armando Resendiz, also at super middleweight. Against all odds, he gives Resendiz an incredible challenge over 10 rounds, despite being the smaller fighter and a wide underdog on foreign soil. A fighter’s fighter. A true professional. #ozboxing #boxing | 🔗 #FundoraHadribeaj
