I've always wanted to build a point & click game. Finally made it happen. Meet "Past": an adventure with a full story, cinematics, and dialogue. 52 rooms to explore, 13 characters to meet. Play it on desktop or in your browser. Then I turned the whole workflow into AI agent skills, so you can build this kind of game with your own story and art 👇 > new-adventure: a working Godot game to start from, with inventory, saves, dialogs and a sample game that plays start to finish > art-requests: every image comes from a prompt file you can trace > look-gate: lock in your art style before you paint 50 rooms > story-track: story, cast and puzzles planned before any art > paint-room: one data file becomes a playable room > painted-hero: your hero painted frame by frame over 3D pose guides > skinned-npc: side characters animated from a single painting > memory-reveals: flashbacks, cutscenes and big reveals > voice-cast: every line voiced with ElevenLabs > ship-check: test it and ship it to desktop and the web All 10 skills: github.com/TheOrcDev/skills/… You can play the game here: past-nu.vercel.app/ If you'd like to see more content like this, make sure to follow. I'll definitely create more 🔥

Headless CMS visual editing is still far from solved. Plenty of companies are trying to crack it, but the experience is still pretty bad. Building a good section-based page builder in a headless CMS, using arrays of blocks, requires real architectural discipline and technical skill. You need to think carefully about schemas, content models, component flexibility and the editing experience. Marketing pages are inherently unstructured. Forcing them into structured content models introduces creative constraints and trade-offs that many designers coming from Framer aren't used to dealing with, either technically or mentally. Yes, you can use AI to scaffold an Astro site and integrate a headless CMS. That's the easy part. Building a genuinely good, maintainable solution that gives clients a great editing experience without compromising the design is an entirely different problem. This is a problem the industry has been wrestling with for decades. AI doesn't make those trade-offs disappear. Take a cohort of designers accustomed to Framer's freeform canvas and ask them to build production-quality CMS-driven sites for clients. The technical and conceptual gap is enormous

Alright, I've made the shadcn/ui skills really good at 𝙳𝙴𝚂𝙸𝙶𝙽.𝚖𝚍. Ask for a design system and it picks a preset, then builds everything: colors, tokens, type scale, elevation, styles the primitives and blocks. Start with a solid foundation and build something unique.

Getting AI to animate a hero header takes five prompts and a prayer. Ours takes one click. - No prompting. - No re-prompting. - No custom code. Relume now has animated hero headers, with 6 animation styles to choose from. They work across your standard, card and edge-to-edge hero layouts. Every animation loads fast, scrolls without lag, and works across every breakpoint out of the box. That's because we built them with CSS, not a library like GSAP. Template creators are rage-quitting Framer because Marketplace 3.0 tanked their sales. Posting tearful goodbyes on X. Blaming the algorithm. Calling it quits. But here's the kicker: they're leaving their templates up to keep collecting affiliate checks. So you're not really quitting, are you? Look, I get it. Sales dropped 70-80% overnight. That hurts. But let's be real about what happened here. These creators never built distribution. They rented it from Framer. Marketplace 2.0 gave them free traffic. They made good templates. Some pulled multiple six figures. Amazing! But the second the free tap turned off? Panic. I was there in 2021-2022. Early beta. Built templates. Made multiple six figures doing it. The difference? I built a personal brand. A newsletter. Grew my following. Every launch hit my own list of thousands, not just the marketplace feed. Marketplace sales were always a bonus. Never the foundation. That's why when I started Trueform, I knew exactly how to play the game. Same tactics. Different business. Built it to over a million. Because I understood distribution from day one. Now here's what's funny. Marketplace 3.0 + Framer Skills + AI is about to unlock a whole new category of templates. The opportunity is bigger than ever. But everyone's leaving right when it's getting hard and interesting. AI can help anyone build anything now. Tools are democratized. What you can't build overnight? Real distribution. That's always been the difference between renting an audience and owning one. So if you're building in the Framer ecosystem: build your own channels. Your newsletter. Your following. Your voice. Because platforms change. Algorithms shift. Marketplaces evolve. But distribution you own? That's yours forever.
