I am going to see either Wildwood or Whalefall this week. I’ll let my friends decide.
What is your vote?

Everyone is talking about Clayface... that means you are missing out on Wildwood, which is simply the best stop-motion animation I have ever seen! But it's also one of the best movies of the year for a variety of reasons.
The story is based on a novel about a girl named Prue who goes into the Wildwood with her friend Curtis to save her baby brother. It's a pretty basic plot, but the character development is really nicely done.
I also get into the specifics of why this film works so well from the tech to the craftsmanship to the steady plot.
However, it's the focus on friendship that really hit me emotionally. You can check out my review here:

Clayface was pretty good. Probably the best thing in Gunn’s DCU.
A good look at self identity and the descent into madness.

This was so much better than it had a right to be.

Not sure if @WasItGood238413 likes horror, but he can watch too!
Finally got around to seeing #Hokum
It was good. Nice mystery and pretty creepy. A slow burn and wasn’t extremely scary. 7.8/10
This movie looks interesting. A good review. Please check it out.

The best source for Stargate news and commentary right here!

Why are so many STARGATE fans upset about the new showrunner? For me, one look at her resume was enough to set off alarm bells. I’m already dreading the direction Amazon seems to be taking this franchise. I genuinely hope I’m wrong.

Jay gets eaten by a whale. That's all I needed to know to watch this film... because no matter how accurate the film is, it absolutely zapped my curiosity button into overdrive. I needed to know HOW!!!!
So, I broke it all down and why this movie that is bonkers actually works. Check out my review...
and you'll even see a photo of me as a little kid with my fishin' pole! LOL

This week on Wonder Woman Wednesday, I discuss why Trinity The Daughter of Wonder Woman is a failed character and concept and needs to be retconned out ASAP! Stop giving Wonder Woman a kid!

So far, so good.
When you put talented writers, directors, actors together, you get good material.
#VisionQuest #Marvel #DisneyPlus
Low budget indie film.
Not much in terms of effects. Good script and story. The directing and acting are very good. Kinda spooky.
