See, the reason why Red Circus makes me so mad, is it was the PERFECT opportunity for Yor to have complex thoughts about the ethics of her job. Always framing her as a protector limits her so much. Protecting babies = good, Protecting elk = good, ok.

Like, Endo gave her the assassin job, but he doesn't want to commit to the idea that doesn't always mean protecting babies or deer in the woods. And it shouldn't just be shown as a comedy, both her job and how she got to be there in the first place 😀 that's the real problem

when i was her age i thought she was lovesick and annoying (i thought team 7 all were annoying even though i rooted for them), but i still cheered for her when she showed surprising grit. when i grew up i felt so maternal towards her 🥺
