Oromia President Abadula Gemeda says they rejected the 2004 referendum because Somalis were the majority in Moyale & would have won the town.He claims they saved part of it by creating two sides, Oromia & Somali. “Somalis were there for long time we can’t forcibly displace them”.

Listen to Borana Oromos:
If it wasn't for Garre, Gurre, Gurgure, ciise and Ogaden - Oromo expansionism would have succeeded.
I'll add, marehan, geri, Jaarso, karanle - all the tribes mentioned and Somali people collectively, we are always standing to ensure no Oromo expansionism in our lands succeeds.
We are one as Somali people and we will defend our people as one.
Horaa Loo Yidhi; Oromo Qayla Ma Dayso.
Hadda Ka Dib Waa In Xisaabta Loo Dhigo Soomaali-Wayn iyo Oromo-Wayn Cidday Ugu Badisana Waa la Baran Doona.
Kenyan security and judicial institutions must rein in individuals inciting and exacerbating communal conflict in southern Ethiopia.
Following the latest outbreak of fighting between the Borana and Gari clans, some Kenyan political and media figures have been circulating extremely dangerous messages, in some cases more inflammatory than those coming from individuals directly involved in the conflict on the Ethiopian side. They have also reportedly engaged in fundraising campaigns to procure and send weapons to the warring parties.
Kenya is already feeling the effects of the violence, with thousands of people fleeing across the border in search of humanitarian protection. Unless such incitement is contained, it will not only intensify the conflict inside Ethiopia but also risk spilling over into Kenya, where members of the affected communities live on both sides of the border, including in Nairobi.
I therefore appeal to Kenyan security agencies to investigate those inciting violence and the relevant judicial authorities to prosecute offenders in accordance with the law before the situation escalates and causes even greater harm to both countries.

Qofku waa inuu leeyayay dabar-xiro iyo xudduud uu san ka gudbin.
Ninkaan waxba ma xeeriyo:
-Soomaalinimo ma xeeriyo.
-Xudduudaha DDS ma xeeriyo.
-Daarood ma xeeriyo.
-Ogaadeen ma xeeriyo.
Labo arrinba, Oromada ayuu kula socdaa:
1. Bad Soomaaliyeed ineey xoog iyo xeylad ku helaan.
2. Dhul durugsiga ay ku wadaan Soomaalida.
Qof-na intaas oo dabar ma wada jari karo; qof kasto xuduud uu san dhaafin ayaa jiro! Muxuu yahay asagu?
Dhamaan haldoorkii Soomaaliyeed ee u hadlay maatada lagu gumaadaayo Mooyaale wuxuu hadalkooda u turjumay "English", wuxuuna ku taag-gareeyay "Jawaar" iyo rag kale oo Oromo ah. Haldoorkaas Soomaaliyeed ee hadlay kama duwana Haldoorka Oromada ee deegaanadooda kaso hadlaayay!.
Marka uu Soomaalida dhex joogo wuxuu iska dhigaa qof la safan dhinac maadama arrimaha qaar Soomaalidu dhexdeedu isku hayso laakiin marka ay timaado Soomaalida iyo Qawmiyadda Oromada waxba uma xeeriyo isirka Soomaaliga wuxuuna si toos ah u garab istaagaa Oromada.
Waa in la fanteeyo, la takooro lana heyb-sooco maadama uusan damiir wax xeeriyo lahayn, cadeystay inuu taageersan yahay dhul durugsiga iyo bad doonka Oromada.
Kalariska uu Soomaalida ku dhex joogo waa inaan lagu kadsoomin.

For 60 years, the Oromo people condemned oppression and injustice in Ethiopia. Now in power, they are repeating what they once opposed. Others ruled before you and eventually lost power. You are no exception. Stop the injustice.

Good to see reports of Oromos being deported from Hargeisa, so does every Somali city, If the Oromos continue to claim Somali cities and land, then it’s only fair to address these issues through lawful means so in that case we should deport them back to thier land, there shouldn't be any oromo in our land. Somalis are among the kindest and most welcoming people in the world, but our hospitality should never be mistaken for weakness. We will always stand firm in defending our land, sovereignty, and territorial integrity.
