So yesterday was absolutely insane raining & flooding in the Phoenix MSA. I saw people riding their SeaDoo’s, kayaks, paddle boards, and cars were floating or just entirely under water. I’m in the central Phoenix/Biltmore area and inside a restaurant when it started pouring. (The day I wore flip flops and pants) *yes, I was soaked. While it’s sunny is AZ 90% of the, when we get this type of weather, it always hits hard - there’s no in between!

What an incredible experience at the recent @mufon (Phoenix MUFON) speaking event and gathering in Tempe on Saturday! ☺ I had the opportunity to listen to Ben Woodruff, a MUFON guest speaker and accomplished falconer, as he shared fascinating behind-the-scenes insights from his work on the hit TV series @SWRanchOfficial, along with stories from his appearances on numerous other television shows and podcasts. He had great things to say about @BrandonFugal, the ranch owner. As we chatted up his success at Colliers in Utah and my role covering all business news, and marketing and PR in the #commercialrealestate industry. I especially enjoyed the opportunity to speak with Ben personally about his expertise in falconry and his podcasts, which has grown to more than 87,000 YouTube subscribers from his channels, Ben Woodruff Falconry, Desert Lore, and Paranormal Frontier combined! Ben's knowledge, experiences and passion made for some truly fascinating conversations as members, guests and field investigators gathered for a late lunch in Mesa. Great people, great stories and plenty of thought-provoking discussions! It is a wonderful reminder that some of the best experiences happen when you step outside your usual circle, stay curious and connect with people who have fascinating stories to tell. What Phoenix AZ looks like during monsoon season; just yesterday. We get downpours, massive haboobs, and it’s still 90-100 degrees outside. And yet, AZ has the most beautiful sunsets you’ll ever see. (Shades of Purple, blues, red, orange and yellows)

I shared this yesterday on other platforms but wanted to see what you all think about this. I live in Arizona and our local radio station has a new tagline to let listeners know there are real DJ's working in the radio station. "Guaranteed Human." I love this simple yet powerful message. Technology has transformed the way we communicate, but somewhere along the way, many of us have experienced the frustration of trying to reach a real person. Has there been any changes where you live that are making it a point to disclose that you are working with "people" and not #AI, chat bots, etc.?
