Dear @bandq_help Every year we buy our Christmas tree from you, it’s become a sort of tradition if you like. We use the @BandQ Worthing, Lyon’s farm, branch. Hopefully this story is specific to this space only.

BUT once it’s up it’s part of the family. It’s YOUR tree for a month. It’s on social media, it’s on the family WhatsApp group, friends admire it and every evening you stir by it and smell that real tree smell.

Then the 25th rolls round and you wake up to the excitement of your kids running downstairs to see what Father Christmas has left under the tree. It’s Christmas, it’s significant. Please @BandQ sort it out. Thank you.
