Incident update
On 22 September 2026, Grand Valley’s 0G (@0G_labs) validator experienced a spike in missed blocks, consensus timeouts and degraded peer connectivity.
During the same window, our server provider reported multiple upstream fibre cuts. Our validator remained online and synced while we worked through the incident.
As of 23 September, the validator is back to normal operation. Consensus and execution services are active, and the node is synced.
We continue to monitor peer connectivity as a precaution. The provider incident and validator symptoms occurred in the same window, while the full causal chain remains under review. 🙏
