All three of these questions are VERY bad news for Hank Brennan and the DA. The jury is obviously stuck on whether to even find KR guilty of simple OUI.
If you hate Judge Cannone and Mass courts for how absurdly and perniciously confusing that verdict slip is, you don’t hate them enough.
❓ What is the time frame for the OUI charge, Offense 2, Section 5? OUI at 12:45 or OUI at 5am?
❓Are video clips of Karen’s interviews evidence? How can we consider them?
❓Does convicting on a sub charge, example Offense 002 #5 convict the overall charge?
