I find it concerning that Lebanon is not given the levels of attention in these negotiations that it deserves. No withdrawal can happen in 2 days so Iran is definitely offering a deal where there is no withdrawal at least as a prerequisite. Dissappointing!
It is very difficult for US and Iran to reach a temporary deal before mid terms unless they specifically negotiate to announce deal right before midterms and keep it vague and simple.
It is very likely that Vance's letter and the rush for a deal are psyop to trick Iran.
My paranoid take is that the quad meeting has been organised only to have Iran lower its guard and to get at least some high rank official like Rezai at a known location. The Assassination is unlikely if he is not already waiting for others but the meeting is still a good cover.

❗️ Neither @rusembiran staff nor specialists at the Bushehr NPP have any plans to evacuate. Work continues as normal.
Claims to the contrary are FAKES.

It is very likely that the narrative of strike after election is intended to distract Iran. Israel or US can strike just before elections to score points. If trump can't sell a deal he will sell attacking the nuclear sites or even a nuclear attack
Tehran offered an almost perfect off-ramp for Trump to open the Strait of Hormuz before the midterms... but rumour has it that Trump was not fond of the proposal...
If true, then Tehran would expect the resumption of the bombings by election time and so has very little to lose as they no longer have to preserve any caution or restraint as not to disrupt the diplomatic process...
An escalation of tensions as well as preemptive strikes may very well be on Iran's agenda moving forward...
Ceasefire for only 7 days ?? No withdrawal ? Either Iranian leadership is too scared of Israel or unbothered by the situation in lebanon.

God Willing there will be developments that will change the reality on ground. Until then these Statements sound like generic lip service.

Iran's approach for lebanon is dissappointing. Not even Syed Mojtaba or senior IRGC seems Interested in helping Lebanon.

It's very tragic that Iran is still allowing attacks on lebanon in order to not escalate with Israel.
The focus of negotiations and MOU and hormuz is entirely on sanctions and frozen assets.
God Willing we will see positive developments
⚡️⭕️ Statement issued by Hezbollah:
In continuation of its criminal, aggressive, and expansionist project, the Israeli enemy continues, in full view and hearing of the Lebanese authorities and the world, its terrorism and criminality against southern Lebanon, by destroying villages, burning homes, bulldozing roads and fields, bombing schools and hospitals, terrorizing peaceful civilians, and erasing all elements of life in the resistant and steadfast southern Lebanon, in a desperate attempt to prevent its honorable people from returning to their villages, homes, and fields, which they have watered with their sacrifices and the blood of their martyrs.
The primary responsibility for the continuation of these escalating crimes lies with the silent, absent, and even complicit Lebanese authorities, which, by signing the framework agreement, granted the enemy legitimacy for its occupation and practices.
Meanwhile, they continue to ignore everything that is happening, and do not move a muscle, as if the deafening echoes of those explosions do not reach their ears, so they do not utter a word.
The Lebanese have not seen any action from them as required by their national and sovereign duty to exert political and diplomatic pressure in international forums to stop the acts of destruction and bulldozing, and to make this demand a priority and an essential condition for Lebanon in all its meetings and communications.
We call on these authorities not to continue turning their back on their people, and to listen to the cries and pains of the people of the South who witness every day their homes being destroyed, their fields being burned, and their villages being erased.
The people of the South want to protect their land and secure safety and stability for themselves, and this responsibility falls primarily on the authorities.
If the authorities are unable to fulfill their duty, then at least they should not prevent them from their legitimate right to defend themselves and their land.
We demand that the Lebanese authorities assume their national and constitutional responsibilities, and act immediately at all political and diplomatic levels, to stop the crimes of destruction committed by the enemy.
We also call on the international community, with all its institutions, to assume its responsibilities and compel the enemy to stop its aggressions and withdraw from all occupied Lebanese territories.
There are many factors and developments which I am unaware of but there is no reason to not have fees right now. They already played the game. Is Iran just going to keep making these 30-60 temporary deals to keep the hormuz free ?
BREAKING: U.S.-Iran negotiations will conclude today with “good” news, Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan says.
Fidan says discussions on the Strait of Hormuz include a proposed 60-day transition period aimed at stabilizing global oil and energy markets.
He adds that the transition period would allow negotiators to work toward a permanent agreement on the remaining issues.
The attack of Iraqi Resistance by Saudi is nothing more than a face save imo.
1. They can't hit Iran which is already hitting everyone in the region
2. They tried escalation with Yemen and are now under maritime blockade.
Attacking Iraq was the least costly move to save face
