Sexual energy transmutation is the most advanced life hack
Basically the limitless pill which gives you unlimited amounts of energy for FREE
Except the only difference is
Instead of taking something youāre just removing everything thatās been suppressing the real you
Think about the energy you had when you were a kid
You could run around all day, not a worry about tomorrow or a regret about the past
totally present in the moment.
That was your natural state
Before unlimited porn corrupted your psyche and dulled your spirit
Transmutation is about reversing the damage and restoring the real you
- Retaining your life force
- Clearing parasitic entity attachments
- Reclaiming control over your vessel
One byproduct of this is the ability to achieve more with less effort
> Better gains (+ less training)
> Better sleep (+ less sleep)
> Better sex & orgasms (+ not ejaculating)
> Better productivity (+ less work)
> Better attractiveness (+ less effort)
Reclaim the power you were born with

š COHERENCE 5.2 IS OUT š
This is the biggest update weāve made to Sync. The room is now always on, so you can breathe together with people around the world, anytime.
Iāve always wanted Sync to feel like a global consciousness network that anyone could plug into, from anywhere, at any time. A place to breathe together and create a global field of coherence.
This release is a step toward that vision.
Hereās whatās new:
š§ Sync anytime
You no longer have to wait for a scheduled Sync. Open the room and tap Sync to start breathing together.
š» Coherence Radio
Four musical stations tuned to 432 Hz, with synchronized playback so everyone hears the same music at the same time.
š Explore the Earth
By popular request, you can now pinch, zoom, and tap the green location dots on the 3D Earth to see who else is syncing, including people in your own city.
Since we launched Sync in August 2025, more than 2,300 people across 55 countries have joined us, sharing over 82,000 minutes of collective coherence.

Agreed. After I saw you share this like 6 months ago, I bought a red light and do my breathwork first thing in the morning under it. No going back.

Iāve competed in torturous endurance events my whole life.
Iāve saved 20+ lives while lifeguarding at the ocean
Iāve been in make or break startup situations
But thereās something specific about the adrenaline rush of having an animal in your scope.
The ābuck feverā rush that shoots your heart rate from 90BPMS to 160+ BPMS without moving a muscle.
Iāve learned the hard way that if your nervous system is ānervousā in that moment before you let the arrow fly, you will miss.
In the moment before you pull the trigger the only thing you have is your breath.
To see through the scope into the heart of the animal and let it fly is a moment every man should experience.
To be able to actually EXECUTE in a high pressure moment is such a powerful experience for instilling belief in oneās self.
It is such a pure expression of peak human performance. And I have become obsessed.
Whether in sport, work, or life, a regulated nervous system THAT YOU CAN RELY ON in high pressure situations is an incredible asset.
Iāve made it my mission to give high performers this belief in themselves and their bodies.
I have formulated 5 unique breathwork techniques and 3 meditations for professional athletes and high performers looking to perform under pressure.
These are available only to my clients, so if youāre an athlete who wants to reverse a chronic injury, fatigue, or anxiety to operate at your absolute peak...

You have to stop ejaculating.
Each time you release you are losing immense creative energy.
Here are 10 ways to make retention easy:
- Orbit sexual energy using breathwork, visualization, and meditation.
- Cycle sexual energy by breathing this orbit during exercise, sex, and work (blowing off steam)
- Define a CLEAR vision of what you want to create with your supercharged creative energy (crucial)
- Ball slapping and breathwork (in a cold shower)
- Deep relaxed breathing with your legs elevated on a wall
- Eliminate all sexual stimuli (Clean your timeline completely, look away from beautiful women if you can't transmute the heightened energy)
- Jump squats while syncing your breath (exhale on the up)
- Replace sexual thoughts with mental images of your goals being achieved or nature (visualize a sexual image in your mind shattering into 1000 pieces, and replace it)
- Practice testicle breathing (do not hold your breath and squeeze without a few weeks of practice)
- Stomach rolls while synchronizing your breath to direct a channel of energy upwards and out of the reproductive organs (advanced)
"By circulating sexual energy through the Microcosmic Orbit, we can balance and rejuvenate our entire system, enhancing our physical vitality and mental clarity"
- Mantak Chia
Master your sexual urges and you will receive legit superpowers.

You need to be š¤ when running.
Your Z2 pace will take a hit at first, but after 15 minutes of nasal breathing your diaphragm will activate and you will fly.
Gassing out is not based. If you have to, breathe through your nose and mouth at the same time or do double inhales.

I don't care how hard you train or how smart you are...
If your nervous system is hyperactive, you will always struggle to perform under pressure, lack confidence in crucial moments, and be at the mercy of external influences hijacking your nervous system.
The good news is you can train your CNS to be resilient.
Here are two potent ways to do so:
1. Breathwork:
Breathwork is the #1 tool to train CNS resilience.
Specifically training intermittent hypoxia forces you to practice mental calm in a low oxygen environment.
Practice:
Wim Hof Method: Take 30 breaths, relax, this is not a panic breathing exercise, then hold your breath after the last exhale for as long as you can.
(Bonus: do an extra inhale-exhale-hold in between breathing rounds for enhanced adaptation)
Inhale deeply to end the round.
Buteyko Breathing: Breathe as little as possible.
Breathe in and out through your nose, focusing on slow, controlled breaths. Focus on not moving your nose hairs, and keeping the breath in a tight circle.
Regular practice of these techniques will train muscle memory of being mentally calm in a low oxygen / highly acidic environment.
On a physiological level, intermittent hypoxia is will:
- Neuroprotection
- Cognitive enhancements
- Enhanced fat metabolism
- Enhanced immune response
- Increased glucose metabolism
- Enhanced respiratory efficiency
- Improve cardiovascular function
- Enhanced blood vessel formation (angiogenesis)
- Increased red blood cell production (erythropoiesis)
Effectively your RHR will be lower, you will have less anxiety, increased focus, and the ability to stay composed in high-pressure situations.
2. Meditation:
Meditation is practiced by every high performer maybe ever. If you aren't regularly meditating idk what you're doing.
By holding your attention on something for an extended period of time, you enhance your ability to stay present and maintain mental clarity during crucial moments.
Brain Feeling Meditation:
One of my favorite meditation practices.
Sit in a meditative posture:
Focus on feeling your entire body all at once.
Then feel only the right side of your brain.
Then your entire body again.
Then the left side of your brain.
Then your entire brain all at once.
See how long you can hold your attention there.
This meditation will prove to you that energy flows where attention goes.
Consistently training your conscious superpowers: Intention & Attention, will give you the muscle memory to remain in your power when you're under pressure.

1 month ago I went into the woods alone for 3 days. No food, no phone, no distractions.
I had been riddled with anxiety, stress, and cognitive overload since January.
A hard reset was EXACTLY what I needed:
The first day was basically one big brain dump into a journal.
I had been traveling non stop, juggling a coaching business, and working at a tech startup in oil and gas.
I freed up A LOT of space in my mind by doing this, and the boredom allowed my intuition to really reveal itself.
But on day two, I sat in the rain for 4 hours meditating.
I was aiming to liberate the fear stored in my muscle tissues, and to integrate my shadow.
It was rawāgnawing hunger, cold rain and intentional revisitation of painful childhood memories.
When it ended it felt like I had gone to war.
I journaled, went on a run, and stared at trees for the rest of the day.
The next day, on hour 88, I broke my fast with psychedelic mushrooms.
Power surged through me. I meditated again, this time in the warm sun.
An inferno blazed within me; I have never felt so electric and warrior like in my life.
I sat there feeling the sensations and speaking out loud to myself and to God for two hours.
I was working through resistance to the idea of making videos online and putting myself out there. Becoming a fucking "cringefluencer"
Fear was standing in my way.
I wanted to live a more reserved and private life. I was scared of what people would think if I put myself out thereāscared of being judged, criticized, ridiculed, etc.
But as I peaked, the whispers from my heart grew louder. It felt as though God was calling me to overcome my fear. I could no longer ignore my intuition or my moral obligation to help others.
I said: "OK" aloud in acceptance of God's orders. Instantly, all the energy channels within me opened, and Godās power flowed through my veins.
In that moment I was immortal.
The inferno within multiplied tenfold, and I knew this was the right choice.
But there was one problem...
This feeling of bliss, love, alignment, and courage ended with the snap of a finger. It seemed like God turned out the lights.
All the good feelings dissolved, and my heart and body contracted. I went from never having been so open to shutting down and snapping the door handle off.
All that was left was intense fear.
Now that I had made the promise to God and myself to become a voice for good online, I had to face the reality that part of me really didnāt want to do it. I had to face the reality that I would not feel that type of power moving forward.
I ended up journaling and realized this was exactly how it was supposed to be. When the Hero gets called to the journey, he does not want to go. He wants to remain in safety and comfort.
There is no growth in safety. I knew I had to answer the call. The only choice was how I I felt about it.
I wrote down:
"I'm Nick Fucking Sweeney"
"And I can do no wrong"
"Because I love myself"
"I believe in myself"
"And I am with God"
In that moment on the comedown, I realized God loves courage. I could answer the call with fear, doubt, and anxiety, or, I could choose to meet fear with courage, belief, trust, and decisiveness.
Once I wrote down my new ethos, I decided to rid myself of the demon. This was the final boss.
I laid down and began breathing as hard and as fast as I could. (This is not medical advice. None of it. Do not do breathwork in a situation that could be dangerous if you lose consciousness.)
I breathed deep into the fear I felt, pushing past the limits my brain and body were telling me.
Because of my years of breathwork practice, I knew exactly what to do when that demon inside me reared its head. Knowing that over the past 90 hours I had liberated a ton of fear stored in the body, I moved as I breathed. Constantly releasing. I broke down barrier after barrier with the power of my intention.
I began screaming in fury, spitting at the air, punching the ceiling of my van (it was nearly 100f in there).
I felt possessed, but when I felt the claws dig deeper, I breathed faster and harder.
After two hours of this and multiple inexplicable moments, I relaxed.
I had worked through some serious mental blocksāfear, self-loathing, ex-girlfriends, even hereditary trauma from my father, grandfather, and great-grandfather (Don't ask how I know this)
I felt I had integrated my shadow. I came to a place of utter peace. I truly felt as though I got rid of a demon.
This place of complete inner peace has been available to me since that day.
Since that day, I do not get tired anymore. I believe in myself and exude confidence and calm. Negative thoughts are rare. I genuinely do not care about what other people think of me.
Immediately after that weekend, I had multiple incredible opportunities fall into my lapāinexplicable opportunities.
I repeat my ethos often. I continue my daily non-negotiables. My mission has never been more crystallized. I have never had more energy, intuition, or alignment.
I want you to answer the call too.
I want you to know what this feels likeāto fully love yourself, believe in yourself, trust in God, and believe you can do no wrong.
The Heroic Mission does not wait for you to be ready.
Answer the call.

Life is just one long breathing exercise
Breathe in from the core of your stomach.
This is the center of willpower.
Let your inhale be the only thing that exists.
EACH BREATH is a moment.
And it is where ALL of your personal power lies.
EACH BREATH is an opportunity to anchor yourself in whatās real.
Everything other than this moment is IMAGINARY.
Use the breath to connect with aligned action and clarity of mind.
If youāre here and now, the answers to will find you.
