Judging by the fact that Zelensky is being pressed to accept a “plan” for Ukraine’s de facto capitulationь before November 27, and to “finalize the entire process” by early December, this can mean only two things: Either everyone fully understands that no one in their right mind would accept such an ultimatum of crushing capitulation and total submission to the aggressor --especially not within a week (!!) -- and so they intend to use the inevitable refusal as a pretext to finally betray Ukraine and melt into an ecstatic embrace with the Kremlin; Or Donald Trump once again feels an overwhelming itch to meet the nomination deadline for the Nobel Peace Prize early next year. I can’t wrap my head around it. The largest, bloodiest, and most terrifying war in Europe since World War II is raging. The fates of tens of millions of people hang in the balance, whole nations, entire regions, the future of the free world, matters of life and death. And yet one phenomenally jealous and self-obsessed man, well into his late seventies, is busy tossing everything at the aggressor’s feet without a second thought, at any cost, with any consequences, just to soothe his wounded ego, get his new desired toy, and one-up Obama.
