Replying to @ayomairoese
Ayo, when partisan obsession replaces honest analysis, all you have left is empty political grandstanding. 2: Roads were built long before mass car ownership because infrastructure drives commerce and economic growth. 3: Acknowledge what came before, scrutinise what’s happening now, and demand more. 4: If all you can do is find fault, you’re not holding government accountable and you’re just playing politics.

Let's set the records straight: 1. Sirdam and Omar revealed how money moved in the Obidient Movement. This was after everything went haywire. 2. Sirdam stated that G-RV donated 100s of thousands of dollars on 2023 election fortnight. We didn't hear of this until 3 years was passed. 3. Seriki who is currently contesting in Agboyi-Ketu was once APC youth leader in Lagos. The videos and pictures of him we see online are engagements with youth. 4a. Dayo Israel has never posted his meeting with all APC youth excos across all wards in the country. 4b. We have never seen him post empowerment for youths outside the APC to lure them into the party. For example, going to campuses to meet some SUG leaders. 4c. We have never seen him holding a meeting with NANS president on how to capture the youth population for APC. 4d. We have not seen him organise APC youth rally in top Nigerian states like Lagos, Kano, PH and Abuja. 5. If Dayo Israel gets on PJ, he deserves it, either by hardwork or by luck but how does getting on the PJ and POSTING it show you're doing your work? 6. Dayo Israel posted at some point that APC needs a propaganda team. That was careless and ridiculous. All parties do propaganda, who admits properly to such morally deficient act? 7. Dayo Israel posted about ajo money when teachers and students were kidnapped in Ọ̀yọ́ state. Grossly insensitive. 8. Why was there no uproar when he posted buses donated by Her Excellency? That's because you can never explain how you intend to use a 2026 Prado SUV for campaign purpose. 9. I don't know for how long Dayo Israel will be defended and damage control will be done. He needs to be careful about what he posts! 10. I skipped that I haven't seen him defending this administration as such even when Mama Remi was under attack. He actually needs to do better.

VIDEO: Ebola Patient Moved From Nigeria To Switzerland The index case for Nigeria's first imported Ebola virus disease has been moved out of Nigeria. She departed Abuja for Switzerland today. According to the Coordinating Minister of Health, Prof. Pate Ali Muhammad, the index patient was clinically much improved, stable, conscious, communicating, and her clinical laboratory test results closing towards baseline. "This does not mean she is not still infectious, hence the strict protocols in place. "The patient was evacuated along with her spouse who has remained asymptomatic. "I thank all the various clinical staff for the high quality care they provided the patient as well as the public health personnel who ensured the evacuation was carried out in line with best public health measures for such evacuations. "We will provide further updates later this afternoon after the patient and her spouse lands successfully in their destination. "All public health measures are continuing to ensure successful containment of the imported virus. I urge Nigerians to remain vigilant and rely on information from credible sources," the minister said.

The NFEM hit an amazing record of $3.2 BILLION total turnover in a SINGLE day on Friday 23rd October 2026! Is it coincidence that it was the eve of the APC presidential campaign kickoff? See how that INSANE demand applied pressure to the FX rate? Political season na die! 1/2

Massive ocean wave and shore protection barriers—consisting of giant concrete structures and geotextile materials—are being constructed along the Lagos–Calabar Coastal Highway, particularly around the Victoria Island, Oniru, and Eko Atlantic corridor in Lagos State, to shield the roadway from severe Atlantic Ocean erosion and storm surges. Key Details of the Coastal Protection and Highway Project Scope: The Lagos–Calabar Coastal Highway is a major multi-hundred-kilometer infrastructure project designed to connect coastal states across Nigeria. Section 1 Progress: The initial 47.47-kilometer stretch through Lagos (running from Ahmadu Bello Way through Eko Atlantic and onward toward Lekki) features six lanes, flyovers, underpasses, and dedicated shoreline defenses. Engineering Challenges: Builders (such as Hitech Construction) utilized heavy-duty wave revetments and marine engineering systems—similar in scale to the Great Wall of Lagos protecting Eko Atlantic—to manage the high energy of the Atlantic. Route Adjustments: While initial phases hug the Lagos coastline, recent project updates note plan adjustments and inland detours further along the corridor through states like Edo to navigate environmental and geographical constraints Hidden CCTV will be installed soon for security reasons.

I was one of the Facilitators at the 26th National Women’s Conference organised by the Committee of Wives of Lagos State Officials (COWLSO). During my session, themed “Advancing Wellness and Environmental Sustainability: Our Collective Responsibility,” I emphasised that a clean environment is a shared responsibility and a vital foundation for healthy communities and sustainable living. Let us move beyond awareness to action. Every home, every community, and every individual has a role to play. Together, let us make environmental cleanliness a daily habit, protect our surroundings, and build a cleaner, healthier, and more sustainable future for generations to come. TW
