Lots of area basketball teams got some early Christmas presents with some blowouts I covered the Ridgemont and Kenton boys, while @mcnewkleus saw USV torch Vanlue. Alex Sanders was a rebound away from a triple-double and 3 steals/1 reb from an ultra rare quadruple-double

Pressing Pause allows you to collect your thoughts. It takes impulsive speech and behavior out of the equation. It allows you to step off the autopilot hamster wheel of always reacting the same way. Pressing Pause positions you for a disciplined response, not a default reaction.

PARENTS: If you tend to blame others, then your kids will most likely blame others. If you make excuses, your kids will likely make excuses, also. If you fail to act responsibly, your kids will most likely avoid taking responsibility for their actions. Your kids are watching 👀

The Ridgemont girls basketball program partnered with God's Lifeline, a local nonprofit, to give back to the community in a very heartwarming way earlier this week The Lady Gophers were very grateful and appreciative to have the chance to help families in need

I have a feel good story in the works. Today I accompanied the Ridgemont Girls Basketball Program as they filled up two shopping carts full of goods for two kids. They were given a list of things they might like. The team was very appreciative of getting the chance to give back – at Kenton, OH

Congrats to Ridgemont's Wes McKinley and Ashton Mullins on their 3rd team All-Ohio selections!! It's incredibly hard to win it as a punter and the Gophers didn't punt it much, but Mullins averaged over 50 yards a punt and was well deserving McKinley played thru a lot of injuries – at Kenton, OH
